I am a believer.
There is a voice within all of us that speaks, navigates and comforts. If you close your eyes in the quiet, you will start to hear it and feel it.
I spent many years ignoring this voice. I forgot its existence and lived a life with just my external self. Without this internal navigation, I was often lost and alone.
I can remember being young and lying in bed at night, talking to this self. We would have conversations. I would ask questions and talk of my concerns and worries. I would ask for guidance and protection. And I got it.
