How can everyone in that community possibly comply? I assume they don’t have a gold mine under their house, have to go through insurance, get contractor quotes and estimates, remove possessions as possible, find interim accommodations… simply impossible. I’d like to see their legal leg to stand on to enforce this. Attorneys! They need you!
