Healing Remedies: Go Play In The Sun!

Anonymous's picture

(editor's note: Sunlight is good for you. Most people agree with this; but there is still a group of people who have been "told" by their ever-trusty government agencies that the sun is bad for you. It gives you skin cancer, slather these chemicals into your skin for protection, don't go near the light!

As with all other areas of our lives, when the curtains of illusion fade away, we see the depth of all the lies we've been fed in an effort to keep us in our place. Today I bring you an article that (finally) reveals the harmful effects of those sunscreen chemicals.

Our place is not trapped inside working a meaningless job, too tired at the end of the day to do much more than grab some non-nutritive food and watch the news until we pass out from fatigue.

Our place is in the sun! Growing, becoming healthy again, playing and laughing. We seek the light -those rays from Source, from the Central Sun that bring us vital information and our very life itself.

In time, the science of light and sound will advance so that we can update our medical centers, similar to those used on our Healing Ships.
Awakening within us all is the ability to completely heal ourselves.
As our bodies evolve from carbon-based to a crystalline-based structure, we must all learn how to properly nourish and treat our physical body.
Through this "Natural Remedies" segment I hope to introduce you to methods of healing you may not have tried, as well as building your knowledge base so you can help others.
I have now archived my articles on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/NaturalRemediesCollection?skip_nax_wizard=true#

Sunscreen Ingredient May Increase Skin Cancer Risk

Cell toxicity studies by Dr. Yinfa Ma, Curators' Teaching Professor of chemistry at Missouri S&T, and his graduate student Qingbo Yang, suggest that when exposed to sunlight, zinc oxide, a common ingredient in sunscreens, undergoes a chemical reaction that may release unstable molecules known as free radicals. Free radicals seek to bond with other molecules, but in the process, they can damage cells or the DNA contained within those cells. This in turn could increase the risk of skin cancer.

Ma also found that the longer zinc oxide is exposed to sunlight, the greater the potential damage to human cells.

"Zinc oxide may generate free radicals when exposed to UV (ultraviolet) sunlight," May says, "and those free radicals can kill cells."
