Border patrol agents ask Pastor Steven Anderson to "show his papers" at two different checkpoints that aren't close to any "borders."

How does he respond? By saying, "No, thank you," and declaring his right to travel freely without being questioned.

What happens? The agents wave him through, at both checkpoints!
