The group, which owns Royal Bank of Scotland, NatWest and the Bank of Ulster, apologised to its customers amid reports that they were unable to access their accounts or withdraw money.
The crash comes just months after a computer meltdown that left millions of customers unable to withdraw cash.
People claimed that they had been left stranded, hungry and embarrassed as they were unable to access their own money and had their cards declined.
RBS and its subsidiaries NatWest and the Bank of Ulster issued apologies via Twitter after customers reported problems with cash machines and cards being declined, accessing their accounts online and via telephone.
A statement tweeted by accounts run by all three banks said: “We are aware of the problems our customers are having and apologise, we will provide more information as soon as we have it.”

The highest totals were seen across the state's Lower Eyre Peninsula, with Coulta picking up 54mm, its heaviest rain since 2006. This is also Coulta's seventh heaviest fall in 129 years of records. Further north, Lock received 45mm, its heaviest rain since 1997, while Coles Point received 34mm, its heaviest March fall since 2006.

U.S. Drought Intensifies in Texas and Florida

Drought expanded in two key areas of the country last week – Florida and West Texas – where several weeks of low rainfall have allowed already dry conditions to intensify, according to an update to the U.S. Drought Monitor released Thursday.
While much of the East Coast has seen heavy precipitation over the past two weeks, very little of that has extended into the Florida peninsula. According to the Drought Monitor, “abnormal dryness” pushed into all of southern Florida, while conditions of “severe drought” expanded in the eastern and central parts of the state. Meanwhile, relatively wet conditions in the Florida Panhandle have kept the northwestern part of the state out of drought.

Alright. I consider this New Moon marking Tibetan New Year or Losar in a very important time frame. We’re coming up upon the Christed Full Moon, which is of course the white light of Christed consciousness, that is the full potential of humanity. I’m not talking about one being but rather the Christed energy or the Christed consciousness.
That’s then followed by the Full Moon of Wesak and then the Full Moon of Humanity so the three sacred moons are upon us and it is a time to begin to detox on all levels of consciousness.
Now gently on the physical body. Also gently on your emotional body and you will find that the physical body is sort of trying to wind things out of there that it’s been holding on to. So for example, if you’ve always had trouble with the sacrum it’s probably giving you a bit more trouble right now, etc., headaches, again toxins trying to get out of the body.
So plenty of water, maybe charcoal tablets to nullify toxins and pull them out of the body a different way, supplements like MSM, also a good cellular detox. So just go gently though. Now detoxing on the mental body is also happening.

A few weeks ago, a whole lot of hoopla went down about the end of the Mayan Calendar. Most of it was disinformation by the media who insisted on referring to it as a prediction for the end-of-the-world. No one with any real understanding of the Mayan culture said anything of the kind. The media being who and what it is, there was little effort made to clarify what was meant by the calibration of an end point in the type of calendar the Mayans kept.

The comet is now seemingly very close to early predictions of its brightness in the March sky, and it could conceivably be as bright as, or brighter, than a first-magnitude star when it makes its closest approach to the sun (called perihelion) on Sunday (March 10). That would make it clearly visible to the naked eye.

DES MOINES, Iowa — Federal researchers confirmed Tuesday that the city Decorah sits atop a 3 ½-mile wide hole that formed 470 million years ago when a meteorite hit the area, one of just 180 or so known impact craters on earth.
Scientists with the U.S. Geological Survey said aerial gravity and electrical magnetic surveys of the area confirm the work of geologists that shows a buried crater concealed beneath bedrock and sediment.

For more than a decade, Peres has been taking photos in his garage in sub-zero temperatures. What started as a suggestion from one of his photography students at the Rochester Institute of Technology turned into an incredible collection of images, as seen above.
“Photographing snowflakes must be accomplished at temperatures that are below freezing and be performed outdoors or in unheated structures,” Peres said in an interview with Weather.com. “To photograph snowflakes, all equipment must also be kept below freezing, which is necessary to preserve the ice crystal as long as possible.”

The world is still in a state of turmoil, but we see all progressing as intended to bring about the results that are required to move you firmly onto the path of the New Age. The old systems and ways of duality are being shown up for what they are, having been a means of keeping you under control. They must be removed, or changed if any part of them are going to be able to remain in the higher vibrations. Some of the changes happen quite naturally, but some situations are man made and need extra attention if they are to be broken down. The tremor struck about 23 miles (37 kilometers) north of Hualien city and it swayed buildings in the capital, Taipei. Hualien is about 110 miles (180 kilometers) southeast of Taipei.

As a psychically connected being, I was flat on my ass all day yesterday. No readings at all. Even the energy coming thru the computer was way to much for my field, so I took to the couch. Ya know something is meant to be when I have streamable internet ALL DAY LONG!! I haven’t had the ability to stream one movie forget several back to back in well over a month. But really, I couldn’t do much else, glad the internet gods had my back!!
However, this morning as I woke up, as consistently as I have the last 3-4 days… I am realizing something… bigger.
Comet PANSTARRS to be visible in nighttime sky later this month

Today’s the day the Comet PanSTARRS makes its closest approach to Earth but we can’t see it from North America just yet. So far the comet has only been visible to the southern hemisphere, but that will change by Thursday, when it may be visible near the sun during sunset.
Astronomers measure the brightness of objects in the sky by using a magnitude scale, and they now believe this comet could reach an apparent magnitude of +1 — which is not brilliant, but not too bad, either. This puts the comet about on par with Antares, a star that is visible in the nighttime sky.
In any case it should be visible with binoculars.

You're running out of time to see the Northern Lights during their latest peak.
The Northern Lights, also known as the aurora borealis, take the shape of smoking skies, pinwheels or curtains. They're seen most often near the poles, with prime viewing in late fall, winter, and very early spring.
The aurora is caused by solar particles moving in Earth's magnetosphere. NASA explains "when the magnetic fields lines reconnect in an area known as the magnetotail, energy is released and it sends the particles down onto Earth's poles." At one point the atoms give off a photon of light, which result in the spectacular colors in the sky.

Government volcanologist Hendra Gunawan said Thursday that Mount Tangkuban Perahu in West Java province shot up smoke and ash nearly 500 meters (1,640 feet) into the air since Monday, and was placed at the second-highest alert level. It does not send debris or lava far down its slopes and nearby towns and villages were in no danger, but authorities warned tourists off limit its danger zone of 1.5 kilometers (1 mile) from the crater, citing a build-up of poison gas inside the peaks. The 2,084 meter (6,837 feet)-high mountain is one of Java’s most popular tourist attractions where people can hike to the edge of the crater to view boiling mud up close. A snowstorm dropped a record-breaking 9.2 inches of snow in Chicago on Tuesday. The old daily record breaking snowfall for March 5 was 3.8 inches and was set in 1999.
So much snow fell that travel was impacted, causing 460 arriving flights and 422 departing flights to be canceled at the O'Hare International airport. Chicago Midway International airport had 131 arriving flights canceled and 128 departing flights canceled, according to FlightAware.com.

Once you are adjusted to the new energies, everything will be as before within you. B: What about my work? Do I need to do anything about that? A: Your work will have to wait until you are adjusted to the new energies. B: Then what do I do in the meantime? A: Write, create music, sing, Be in the moment of Now. When you sing, you are always present.That is why you chose to sing the way you do Now. B: Wow, I forgot to be in the Now at work. A: That is what your body is telling you. That you must be Present. In the Now at all times. Otherwise you will react as you are now doing. B: So that is why I am ok when in chat. I am Present there. A: Yes. B: I am the one who lives and creates my own Life. I Choose Love. A: What does that mean to you, I Choose Love? B: It makes me think of Choosing Love if the moment presents itself, but if I am choosing otherwise, I forget and kind of get lost or something. At work I go I into ego I think, but maybe don't notice it or something? I really need to look at this. How can I be Love at work? What does that look like? Can I be Love there? A: Yes. You can be Love Anywhere and everywhere.
