WE ARE JUST ENTERING THE NEW YEAR OF 2020, AND WHAT AN INTENSE AND POWERFUL ENTRANCE this Cancer Full Moon Lunar Eclipse makes!
Leading up to this Cancer Full Moon Lunar Eclipse and throughout the weekend and beyond….this Full Moon Eclipse has become one of the most intense, changing, challenging, chaotic, emotional Full Moons that we have experienced in a long time. There has been a lot of upheavals, chaos, discord, anxiety, war type of energies, anger….and an underlining feeling of continuous tension. The atmosphere is very volatile and events in the world are moving quickly. The feeling of tension will continue to surround us as the powerful energies of this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse and the conjunction of Pluto/Saturn by degree 2 days later…plays out. Things are changing and we need to be aware. With We need to focus on the big picture both for ourselves and for all humanity. This is a time of tear down and purging….tearing down the old that we know longer need and creating and manifesting a “New” way of life. It is time. We are at a turning point….a pivotal point in human history! We have a choice in how we want the “New” to develop. We started this shift in 2010 and we are at the pivotal point of making the “New” happen! Our normal capacity for Calm and reasoning is being put to the test….as Certainty is a luxury that is no longer available. It is no wonder that the news is full of news that could change our lives and the world we live in. Everything from stress in the middle east, impeachment, fires in Australia, Earthquakes in Puerto Rico etc. Focus on the positive energies, the higher energies and how you want the big picture to look in your future and the future of Humanity and the Earth… and manifest that. Meditate on Peace! Stay out of the Fear!!!
These energies feel a little urgent and a bit chaotic. During these turbulent times… people are a little on edge, anxieties are flaring, and most of us feel like we are totally exhausted….even when we have had plenty of sleep. Realize this in your daily encounters….as people, including yourself, may say things or do things that upset you or shock you….remember everyone is dealing with a lot of powerful energies…so give yourself and others a little break….take a step back and breath. Our bodies are trying to incorporate all these unusual energies…..at times bringing in the feeling of being over whelmed. Notice how these energies are playing out in “real life”…our own life…the political “life” and the World “life”. This Eclipse along with the current energies that have been intensifying over the last several months will activate changes in both ourselves, the Earth and the collective!
This Cancer Full Moon Lunar Eclipse….is a rare one for several reasons. The Cancer Moon has the Capricorn Sun (which helps form the Full Moon) and 4 other planets (Mercury, Ceres, Saturn, and Pluto) all sitting together opposing it! Saturn and Pluto are both sitting at 22 degrees of Capricorn and they actually form a rare conjunction at 22 degrees and 46 minutes on January 12th which is one of the most powerful aspects of 2020!! We also have a Cardinal Grand Cross, and 2 planets (Uranus and Eris) turning Stationary direct. Wow! I will explain more about these below….but first….
HERE IS SOME INFORMATION ABOUT ECLIPSES: Eclipses are a powerful pin point of energy that creates a “blip/wobble”, or a disruption in time, energy, and the natural flow of light and dark. It also stirs up what is in our subconscious, bringing it into consciousness. An Eclipse affects our Pineal Gland and also affects the magneto-receptors in our DNA, along with radio waves, and X-ray’s. They also activate shifts in the electromagnetic fields of the Earth itself and all of its inhabitants. During an Eclipse, a portal to the Universe is opened and information, thoughts, ideas and Evolutionary instructions…. can be downloaded from the Universe at that time. The energy of an Eclipse affects us for the following 6 months. How this Eclipse plays out in your life depends where your Capricorn/Cancer energy is in your chart. Eclipses are doorways to alternative realities. They also can trigger major events…good and bad….and often times are associated with the deaths of people in the public eye. It is a time to open to the universe, with your guidance, and Feel the energy and down loads as the portal is open during this Eclipse. FULL MOONS ARE A TIME OF RELEASING It is a time of releasing the old that is no longer working. Go deep into yourself, your foundations and old perceptions and observe what is no longer working for you. What is no longer vibrating where you are vibrating in all areas of life? With this Full Moon Eclipse in Cancer….you may find that relationship issue’s on all levels… and of all types…. are being brought to you attention at this time.
The Full Moon happens when the Sun and Moon are opposing each other. With this Cancer Full Moon we have a Capricorn Sun. The goal of an opposition is to bring into balance the 2 sides. So this Cancer Full Moon is about balancing emotion (Cancer) and detachment (Capricorn), Feminine energy (Cancer.. the Mother energy) and Male energy (Capricorn…the father energy). Intuition (Cancer) and practicality (Capricorn), home life (Cancer) and achievement/CEO (Capricorn), subconscious and things hidden (Cancer) and bringing things out in the open and into your consciousness (Capricorn), being involved with your family/tribe (Cancer), and being directed by your jobs in the outside world (Capricorn) etc. Meditate on the balancing. Come up with some of your own ideas of what needs balanced in these areas of your life. The universe is speaking loudly! We need to bring ourselves and the world into balance to set the stage….. as we shift into the “new”, and also for our own evolution.
With this Full Moon in Cancer (water, the mother, family, that which births, intuition, nurturer), we are being asked to Feel. To feel the feelings between each other, our families, our tribes, humanity, and the Earth. Cancer traditionally is the Mother, and Capricorn is traditionally the Father energy….the nurturer and the non-nurturer…..we are being asked to bring these into balance within families….. We are being asked to notice if all interactions with family and friends, and within work areas and with the Earth… are being done with integrity and respect. We are being asked to Let Go of those things and people and places that are no longer vibrating where we are vibrating. While we make room for new relationships and new support systems, as we move forward into the “new”……and co-create a new way to be in relationships……as we co-create our own reality.
THIS CANCER FULL MOON ECLIPSE HAS ALSO FORMED A CARDINAL GRAND CROSS… increasing the energies even more. This Grand Cross consists of Pluto/Saturn/Ceres/Mercury/Sun all in Capricorn….they are all opposing the Cancer Full Moon. Then they all square Eris in Aries and Juno in Libra….forming a Cardinal Grand Cross! There is so much going on…it is hard to process it all at once. Ok…I will briefly explain this Cardinal Grand Cross.
I will start with the Cardinal energy…it is urgent, birthing of new, and change.
Capricorn energy is…wisdom of the elders, goal orientated, government, corporate, father figure, CEO, also the sign of manifestation. We have Pluto/Saturn/Ceres/Mercury in Capricorn.
THE PLUTO/SATURN ALIGNMENT is the most powerful aspect of 2020! Pluto the planet of transformation and Saturn ruling Capricorn… are conjunct by degree! This is very powerful. The last time Saturn and Pluto were conjunct in Capricorn was in 1518. This is rare. Pluto/Saturn will actually be conjunct by degree and minute…on January 12th! But their energy is the same at this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse! It is about shifting to a new perspective. There is a lot of hard work indicated by this Cardinal Grand Cross including the Pluto/Saturn conjunction. The areas in your chart where these 2 planets sit is where you are probably facing some challenges. Now is the time to look in the future and think how to use these energies in the most positive way. A challenge means working it out and moving forward. You are stronger then you think. You don’t want to take it to the negative side…that might cloud your minds….as the ripple effect can be harder to move out of. The key here is how we respond to the hard time.
Pluto here really wants us to purge and move away from things and people that are no longer vibrating where we are vibrating so we can move into and transform into the higher energies. Pluto cares about our Soul growth. Saturn can be a powerful catalyst for mature wisdom that is part of Capricorn which is ruled by Saturn. This conjunction is demanding integrity and respect for all…everywhere!! It is time to become responsible and “grow up”. Remember this work of Pluto is not easy work….if it feels easy to you…then you are not doing the work.
Ok..the rest of this conjunction is Ceres (the Earth Mother). Goddess of the Grains…and a very strong female figure. She stood up to Pluto over her daughter Persephone….but she also represents abundance, harvest, prosperity. Mercury was the other planet in that running conjunction and Mercury is our voice. Where do you need to adjust how you communicate? Then of course the Capricorn Sun of the Full Moon is also sitting with this group of 5 planets.
All of these planets are opposing the Cancer Moon. Nurturing, caring for others and yourself, using your intuition, your home, Family and clan are all areas of Cancer. The key of this opposition is to bring both sides into balance….bring them into balance! The Goal is to bring all the overwhelming energies of tension, anger, etc. into a way to nurture more…to make a space to be calm.
Then you have Eris in Aries squaring all of these planets in this Cardinal Grand Cross. Eris is the planet of chaos, discord, jealousy, wild card energy etc. She is the one causing a lot of chaos everywhere. Square energy is stressful, and friction. She is presenting situations to us that we can’t ignore. And her energies are activating the other planets in the Cardinal Grand Cross.
Then there is Juno in Libra, finishing out the Grand Cross. Juno is the asteroid of commitment. The Universe is asking us to commit to the caring and nurturing of ourselves and all humanity. Libra is about balance and a love energy. She wants to commit to that….but be careful what it is you actually commit to. Our words and our thoughts are very powerful right now and you don’t want to end up committed to something you really don’t want.
This is a time of activation's….especially in the areas around your relationships, home, family, and in the World……. relationships of all kinds. Emotions, intense at times, rise to the surface….sometimes without warning. Things are being put right in our face’s…..right in our faces! We can no longer dodge them….we have to deal with them…we have to make choice’s…. and then move on those choices. This Cancer Full Moon Eclipse is asking us to review our emotional patterns and realize the ones that are not working for us anymore…..and then Release the old emotional patterns that are connected with our families, partnerships (love and work), and friendships. We are being asked to make sure that all our relationships are based on Integrity and Respect…both giving and receiving! That they are not out of balance with power or control…..but that they are surrounded by the energies of equal give and take…..no one is better than anyone else”. Have there been family or relationship situations that have been ignited lately…personal and work/government wise? What are you being asked to look at? Have you been in a situation where Authenticity and integrity were not used? Either towards you……or towards someone close to you? How did that make you feel? If it doesn’t “feel” (Cancer) right…it is time to speak your Truth. With this Cancer Full Moon Eclipse…..we are being asked to review and release. The Universe is intensely serious…..it is time to make choices!
These energies of this Full Moon Eclipse and Cardinal Grand Cross are…..revolutionary energies….working through change and transformation. The breaking down of old structures that are not working anymore, both in the world and within yourselves. As they are breaking down…being able to see through the chaos and emotional ties ….the beautiful big picture that the Universe is presenting to us! Remember….Out of the ashes rise the Phoenix…out of Chaos comes creativity! Transformation isn’t easy…..if it feels easy to you…..then you are not doing the Soul work!! These are deep transforming energies that are available to us during this Full Moon Eclipse!! We are in a time of Radical Transformation and Exhilarated Evolution.
It is time we realize that we are now actively engaged in a collective shift….much larger then we realized. We each have a role in this collective shift…..Meditate and ask….what your role is… not only in your own personal shift…..but the shift of the collective.
JUPITER/SOUTH NODE CONJUNCTION ALSO IN CAPRICORN…in earlier degrees. The South Node represents the past and outdated views of reality…in Capricorn… representing the past ways that we didn’t get things right in governments and corporate areas all over the world. These things are being brought up to us and put in our faces so we can decide if we want to change some things in those areas. Jupiter can expand those energies…making it a time that we see a lot more of the things in the governments all over the world and in corporate areas that we don’t like! Jupiter also has a higher side of joy and optimism, master teachers, international travel and law. This is another area to concentrate on when you are meditating and manifesting. We want to bring in the higher side of Jupiter…so we can release and purge the South Node things that governments etc. all over the World haven’t got quit right in the past.
URANUS IS STATIONARY DIRECT AT THIS FULL MOON ECLIPSE. That means that the energy of Uranus (the constant of change, thinking outside the box, the community, humanity, unexpected events, genius) is coming straight down in a concentrated area….not moving…a bombardment of Uranus energy. Because Uranus is in Taurus (Earth sign) during this powerful Eclipse and it is stationing (adding to the energies)…it is no wonder that in the news…we are having several environmental crisis’s occurring now. The Earth herself is receiving all these energies…and she needs to purge also.
NEPTUNE: (creativity, psychic, spiritual, and unconditional Love) is in a harmonious trine with this Cancer Full Moon Eclipse. Bringing some beautiful loving….highly channeled creative energy to this Cancer Full Moon. Pull on this very intuitive and psychic energy to surround yourself with during the many activations that will be happening. Pay attention to your dreams. Ask your guidance to guide you in meditation and Manifestations for the good of yourself, your community, all humanity and the Earth.
THIS CANCER FULL MOON ECLIPSE….is sitting on the Ancient Star Alhena…. This is a brilliant white star that bestows eminence in art especially with the written or spoken word. This means it could give us the ability to negotiate a peaceful solution to disputes. It is said that it confers a spiritual orientation and interest in sciences. It is also known to give good health, honor, riches, pride, luxury, pleasure and domestic benefits. All of this is more than welcome at this New Cancer Moon Eclipse! These are also areas to meditate on….and to listen to what you might receive as you connect with the Ancient Star Alhena during this Cancer New Moon Eclipse!
THIS IS THE FIRST FULL MOON OF 2020…. As we say good-by to 2019….and look towards 2020……it is time to think back on how far you have come in the year of 2019…..and where you would like to be at the end of 2020. 2020 continues to carry out the theme of Transformation and Change on all levels. It is also a year to expect and be surprised by the unexpected! There will be some Chaos and Urgency….along with the feeling of unsettling uncertainty! This year also has the ability to enhance a higher connection to our Higher Self and all our Guidance. The Universe is giving us everything we need to manifest a good year….just Ask and then create!
This Cancer Full Moon is about the power of your emotions. Feelings let you know if you are on the right track. Allow your feelings to guide you. It is also a time to realize that it can be a difficult time for many. Grief, sadness, longing….can also bring up emotions that many are dealing with. Be aware of others that are having a harder time…..open your Heart up to them….it may be exactly what they need at this time….remember we are all one.
This Cancer Full Moon also is illuminating where we need to soften our “shells” and be willing to show emotion and nurturing where others are concerned. Open your inner and outer homes to others, to your tribe, to community, to humanity…..so the nurturing and healing energies of Cancer can help the world and ourselves come into balance. As we tune into the nurturing energies of this Cancer Full Moon….we begin to realize that --as we nurture and support our inner lives…..our Soul light begins to build and radiate out so that others can see and feel our inner light. We then begin to realize that our true “home” is the light and Love of our own Heart!!
With this Cancer Full Moon Eclipse…...we are being asked to become aware of our power, as we create and manifest with every thought we have. Our thoughts and our words are very strong!! Direct that power from the Heart…. as you mediate and manifest at this Cancer Full Moon. Meditate on how things are transforming and changing in the “Real World” to the “New World” that you are co-creating…..and how we are now moving into areas that we have never been in before. Remember to focus on the Heart and create from the Heart! The Heart is the new brain! Create a beautiful World for you, your tribe, your community and all humanity. Create and manifest your future.
