The cost of borrowing dollars, sterling and euros for three months in the London interbank market continued to fall Thursday.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed that the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, or Libor, decreased to 0.43350% from 0.43450% Wednesday.
