Larry Larson – Twelve – Twelve Insight Journal – Your Outer World Is Always A Reflection Of Your Inner World – 14 October 2012

Reader: I live in NYC and have been very nervous living here because of all the earthquakes in the Atlantic Ocean in the past year. I would love it if you could find out if this is going to have Tsunamis or earthquakes. If so, where can I move to be safe?

In order to be safe, you simply have to put your mind upon the having of safety. The vortex of being that surrounds you picks up on everything that you think about. So when you are thinking about tsunamis or earthquakes, the Universe is lining up things that have the same feel to them.

It’s a feeling of helplessness, a feeling of things being out of control. And it is that feeling that is going to be matched in your experience if you persist. That fear is just the indicator that your thoughts are taking you somewhere you don’t want to go.

So when you feel fear, no matter the cause, the thing to do is to put your mind upon things that make you happy. Haven’t you noticed that some of your friends can just happily skip through the worst part of town without consequence? And haven’t you noticed that some of your friends seemed to attract disaster no matter how “safe” of a location they seem to be in? You see, it’s not the location that makes you safe or unsafe—it’s your state of mind.

Now if your fear keeps coming back to you no matter how much you try to put your mind elsewhere, then we think you should find what it is inside you that keeps attracting it. In other words what else is happening for you then gives you that same kind of fear? Where is the tsunami in your life? Your outer world is always a reflection of your inner world. So when you have peace, safety, and security on the inside, your outer world will look the same. And if the tsunami comes, you will be out of town that weekend. Law of attraction will not allow you to be in the same place.

But your world, the broader, outer world that involves all, will continue to have such events. The creators of the world demand it. Upheavals are in big demand in your world. But by allowing them to exist for others, and not resisting them yourself, you also allow your own safety. This is why David sang the song about walking in the shadow of death but fearing no evil.

It’s easy to feel safe when your world provides you with the illusion of security, just as it easy to feel frightened when your world provides you with shadows. But it is your inner strength that calls forth your future events. It is your own imagination that calls up the demons and angels of your world. To control your world, control your imagination. This will work no matter where you are.

We are complete.

Namaste,
~Twelve
