Letting Go with Grace!

Letting Go with Grace!!!!

Change is the only constant we will ever know consistently!

We all have been watching, listening and sometimes doing things

differently than we have before. Not always understanding why,

but trying to move through it.

Everything around us is going through this change, “transition”

or metaphysically speaking, Transformation!

We see it in every aspect of our lives.

The world, politics, economy, health,

mother Earth, and within our own beings.

How do we handle all these changes at once?

This is a great question and one I have been

pondering for a long time.

The concept of living an authentic life is simple,

that doesn’t mean it is easy to actually accomplish.

It takes commitment, being awake consciously,

discipline on the unconscious level,

desire to move through these changes and willingness to let go.

Let go, what does that really mean?

How do we actually do that?

This is what I want to share today!

Letting go sounds so easy, so calm and so relaxed in its idea.

It is trusting that we are safe in the process.

Oh, by the way,

being vulnerable is our strength not our weakness!

Reevaluating who our friends and enemies are

is a good place to begin.

Let me be more specific.

A friend is one who holds space unconditionally without judgment,

listens with their heart and speaks with a loving and kind tone.

We feel nurtured, loved and appreciated.

An enemy is one who only holds space for their own agenda,

zaps our energy, and leaves us feeling less than.

Knowing the difference must be established before we

can understand the concept of letting go.

Once that is done, we can start sending those “enemies”

off with love and wish them peace on their journey.

Create a space that feels good and not cluttered.

Give those things that have been hanging around forever

to a charity or someone you know who may need them.

As we clear the clutter we clear the flow.

Create a space for yourself that is honoring of you

and brings a sense of comfort and joy.

This allows yourself the space to release and recharge.

Then the process can continue with you at the helm!

Here you are in your most wonderful space.

Take a few deep breaths…

Great! This all sounds correct and doable.

Then the next step is to notice where your tension is.

Mine is in the neck and shoulders, lower back. Where is yours?

Okay now what? This is where the trust comes into play.

This is where the worry, fear and not good enough live.

Do you dare knock on its door?

Do you dare challenge the mental logic?

YES, YES, YES!

This is where Grace enters and welcomes you in.

Let us remember what Grace is.

To grant something freely with gratitude

is the dictionary’s definition.

What is your definition?

I find the state of grace for me is allowing the knowingness

of my worth to come forward and be present.

Then trust that all is as it is suppose to be and

I am open to receive the gifts to flow to me with ease.

I notice that my physical body begins to relax and

my mental body takes a vacation and my spiritual body

has raised its vibration and all looks beautiful and clear……

Letting Go is in process!!!!!!

Silence is upon us and all is well!

The journey within continues and flows like a

river and brings peace to those dark spaces.

When you are willing it can be a blissful place to be.

You have released with Grace and she is your friend!

Love & Light & Laughter,

Michelle
