On this first day of 2013 my channel has already been wondering “what next?”.

After the intensity of 2012, especially the Fall season of 2012, it seems almost natural to wonder, What’s Next!

“Wwhat’s next” is some down time, a time to stop and reflect. The Winter season is about regeneration and renewal. It's about incorporating everything that has happened during the previous cycle and preparing yourself for the coming year ahead that starts on the Spring Equinox.

Connect with Winter, slow down, take time to replenish in every way, -- Body, Mind and Spirit. Welcome this season into your hearth with love and appreciation.

Sit with yourselves and take a look back over the past year and more. Re-evaluate where 2012 and before has taken you. See how far you have come, all that you have accomplished to date. Breathe deeply into that space and take a good look at how you have changed, where you have been and all that has happened leading up to December 21, 2012. Treat yourself gently, with love and honor. Find rituals that speak to you. Seek solace and peace in your Heart. Relax.

Yes, there is more to do ahead. Spring 2013 will be fiery and full of action, there is much ahead. Now is the time to gather and celebrate all that has passed. Spend time with your family and the new soul family that is gathering around each and every one of you. Sink into the spirit of Winter. Find or create rituals that speak directly to your heart. Give yourself time and space and the opportunity for renewal to occur.
