If you have been experiencing new levels of gifts within your higher senses, you may also experience periods of frustration as you try to grasp these once dormant skills.
This is what I often call an "adolescent stage" along the never-ending ladder of Ascension. You have the basic knowledge of a 6th sense skill, and you maybe have had fleeting periods of success in working with this sense -but for a little while longer you remain in a vibrational space that isn't quite mature enough to allow the full realization of this skill.
Keep trying and practicing! Consider this temporary stage a training ground for your budding skills. It involves so much more than just learning to do a "psychic trick" like visualizing the aura colors of people around you, or being able to hear the voices of other realms. You have to train your entire body, your breathing, your brain wave patterns, the essence of your very thoughts.
Since sound is a very tangible energy vibration, healing through sound is used to harmonize the body.
Think of it like choir practice!
With the striking of the tuning fork or the singing bowl, the waves of sound energy spill out into your space. Your body responds by matching that frequency; by "singing along with it" -matching the tone and vibration as best it can.

As you move into a higher vibrational field, the "secrets" of the Universe begin to unveil themselves. Not because you were unworthy yesterday, but deemed worthy today -you've always been worthy.
But because your body now resonates at a faster vibrational frequency which allows you to perceive things differently.
When a fan is moving very slowly you can clearly see the blades turning round and round. When the fan speeds up do the blades vanish? No, they are simply moving too fast and your eyes can no longer isolate each blade.
(This is the basis of how our Galactic ships "cloak" and "de-cloak" themselves, by simply altering the vibrational frequency of light and sound.)
As your frequency speeds up, your atoms vibrate at a faster rate. This is, in essence, how you are able to perceive new things, to receive new kinds of data.
