New Crop Circle Reported - August 23rd

That's what I got in that moment viewing that crop circle...

This part "Laboratories around Earth utilizes in Human DNA from conscious outputs of what Reality is for you some manipulate our genetics from Blood captures," Is complex and had been activated by parts of the packet in the circle but it affected some memory (Belief's) from past experiences and was not clear enough or open to get the message needed to comply with the basics of what it meant. Meaning that when I refer to earth I could as well have been a long time in the past or another earth as a future earth as well as in another space in time or the galaxy (Universe).

This part "Computers form bases of Information on systematical outputs in space and time" Would be from the conscious ships in and around are atmosphere.

This part "they can connect by frequency bands and build new earth vessels for new age, Meanings are reconstruction or a complete body transformation from timelines measurements and acquired neutrinos for augmentational status quo of known realities" I am not sure to be honest well I hope this clarifies a bit I got this after having been trough a set back.
