Full Moon Phase (Harvest Moon) in Aries/Taurus

The planet is reverberating from the double impact of a weak interplanetary shock wave and a stronger coronal mass ejection yesterday.  Spaceweather.com reports that the magnetic field and ground currents are being affected.  This is part of the reason we felt so tired over the weekend (see report in Archives for more information).  All of this is making for a noisy day.  It's noisy because people are reacting to the energy and talking a lot and in many ways demanding to be heard, but also because our minds are still rolling around all that we are mentally integrating.  So there is a lot of chatter on the outside and on the inside.  Two side effects of this that we need to be aware of is the tendency to not be in our bodies/paying attention to what we are doing and the other is taking risks because we think everything will be ok.  This is not a day to take risks.  We need to quiet our minds and release the mental build-up by spending time outside, noticing the changing of the season, and connected with the planet.  If your body hurts (head, heart, joint, etc.) visualize the pain as a stream of vapor leaving your body and dissipating into the atmosphere of the Earth (you'll need to do this outside).  Our bodies are reverberating along with the planet, but we were already in heavy duty mental processing mode, so the energy has been intense.  Slow down and quiet down today.

Regarding the group meditation on Friday while Saturn enters Scorpio: this is going to be a little more complicated than I originally thought - not executing it, but what it actually is we are going to be doing.  It involves points on the Earth where a great deal of energy gathers (gates).  In essence, we are going to be directing our light and our good energy to these points.  It doesn't matter if we know where they are, geographically speaking, because the intention will send the energy where it needs to go.  It will go to the point closest to where you are located.  I hesitate to say we are going to be "guarding the gates" because I don't want to freak anyone out, but this pretty much sums it up.  Of course we will put up plenty of personal protection if you choose to participate in this.  More as the time approaches.

Thank you, the last couple of days have been exactly like this, more good than bad though now, feel like im almost at the summit exhausted but then re-energised and calmer. There is something not nothing on the other side. I was composed and somewhat trusting through an event today that would have left me a nervous wreck a few months or even a few weeks ago
