Prepare for a unique day where emotions trump logic. The astrological configurations at the New Moon/Solar Eclipse on May 20 indicated that we would have an exceptionally emotional month and this is heightened with today’s energy. However, today’s emotional influences serve to strengthen the connection between our spiritual and physical bodies. The saying “your body is your temple” is the wisdom for the day.

There has been a lot of miscommunication, resistance, and static in the air since the eclipse. This has caused extreme emotional reactions – which are ultimately stored in the body. Today is the day to pay attention and take care of your body. The lion is pictured today because cats are highly spiritual creatures and their spirits are strongly connected to their bodies. They are agile, fluid creatures. We want to be leonine today by stretching, exercising, walking, or moving in some way to enable the emotional “storage” to be released. This is especially true for anyone who has been in a bad mood or has been sad. Today people will be aggressively pressing their opinions, primarily because they feel misunderstood or disadvantaged. Don’t expect people to make much sense today. Again, emotions will trump logic. Take care not to overstate your case and you’ll stay in bounds. Re-focus emotions by staying in your body, in the present moment, and grounded to the mother (Earth).
