Greetings from the skies!
Uncle Joe here. First of all I would like to thank everyone who is making my growth possible. As you may be feeling that you are escalating in awareness and your ascension into the light, I now am able to take a giant leap into further consciousness and understanding of it ALL. A very special gracias to Steve for having the true heart to open this door.
There is so very much to share with you.. there might be days that I transmit quite a few ideas for you to digest and assimmilate into your being. So please don't get discouraged and I will not slack from my duties here.
I do have a request as far as questions... if you could ask questions at this time primarily regarding the protocol of meeting with your brothers and sisters of light. If so, then we will have covered all that is necessary for you to "climb the stairs" into our galley, or feel prepared to meet us on your beautiful Earth. But, if something is pressing and it is very important to you, I will be delighted to respond. Keep in mind that time now is of the essence.
So when I talk of "protocol" it is not like a military environment... the word is appropriate, though, because it conveys that there is a method, a system of interaction that we have found works well. Just as you have a system for cooking a scrumptious dinner for 12 people, let's say.. we communicate in a format which honors everyone and supports their individual desires. Some of these considerations you are familiar with, others may be a little new.
Can I suggest sharing these ideas with a trusted friend... create a relaxed environment and "role play" an imaginary scenario in which you meet with us for the first time. Pretend you are greeted by me... Uncle Joe with a gigantic welcoming smile that you feel throughout your whole body... Ask your friend to be me...
If you set this up, by that time you will have more details laid out which will carry through the scenario. Have fun with it! And of course, we will be watching and enjoying your play.

I love that you mentioned the art of "practicing" that we've already met with various members of our Star Family. This has worked very well for me and I encourage everyone interested to give it a go. You don't even have to have anything formally in mind. I think my first few contact attempts went something like, "I'm not sure how to start, but you know what is in my heart. I miss you and really want to reconnect. My vibrations are still low so you may have to really 'yell' to get my attention. I promise to stay alert for signs and prompts from you. I really want to learn, so just let me know what to do next."
Shazam! It worked and each time gets easier and easier.
