Believing you are an independent existence makes choosing very important to your split-mind ego identity. The body seems to verify that you are separate from everything and everyone else and your history seems to further your seeming independent state from others, although many agreements about the world and what it is, are jointly shared by many.
Every moment of every day you make choices … most of them small but some feel very, very important to a so called successful life. The idea that you don’t have a REAL choice is difficult to grasp … almost impossible.
It has been said and it is True that …
‘nothing real can be threatened [and as a result] nothing unreal exists’ – ACIM.
This means that anything which can be threatened … that is, anything which has a beginning and an ending … even the physical universe we see … is NOT REAL.
Only that which cannot be threatened is REAL.
This is the illusion or dream spoken of so often throughout spiritual antiquity. Most Light Workers are aware of this Truth … a few have actually transcended it but to most, it is still a mental concept that remains as their moment by moment experience.
As difficult as this is to accept, the Truth behind it is very, very beautiful. The Choice or Will of God or Source Energy is this:
I AM unbounded, eternal and all creative. I live hidden within All that appears to be, from the simplest and smallest to the greatest – humanity. I sleep and dream within these forms until I Awaken to All That I AM once more. None are left behind the Oneness I AM.
No matter what choices you seem to make and how far they seem to take you from this Truth, You Are God dreaming you are not and you Will Awaken to this again.
