I continue with some passages of material attributed to Sananda from Eric Klein’s The Crystal Stair (1990) to give us yet another historical view of how Ascension has been discussed for quite some time.

I’ve said earlier that Imperator, Beinsa Douno, Silver Birch and others were discussing it back in the late Nineteenth and early Twentieth Centuries. I’m sure there are many more who were as well. A 1990 discussion is almost current, but still twenty years back. But most of what Sananda says is almost identical to what’s being said now; a few things are not. Let’s listen in on more of the things he says.

[We are now out of Sananda's formal lecture and into the section of his talk where he answered questions. I am taking random, relevant comments from those answers.]

Upon your Ascension you will be aware once again of who you really are and of [you real soul-group and twin-flame] connections. It will be like waking up from a dream and remembering who you are. When you wake up in the morning you may be aware that you have just had a strange dream. And yet within 30 seconds you are awake and fully present in your normal consciousness and your normal personality.

This is somewhat like the Ascension process; that is, you awake from this third-dimensional experience to be reunited and reacquainted with your own higher self, your own real personality, and then this life will be the dream. …

If you are Starseeds or Lightworkers, chances are very good that your children are also. So there is an increased possibility that they in your soul family.  It is not necessarily the case that your parents are Lightworkers. Some are, most are not. …

When the first wave of Ascension will occur? Yes. I would say that it is imminent. Imminent to us may seem like a long time to you in your reality. I would say give yourselves a time frame from between three weeks from now to five years from now. It must occur by then in my opinion.

There are many variables which dictate the timing of this event. It is not in our control, even my own control. It wish that it were. But it is only from the highest source that the final word will come. We are hoping to collect as many Starseeds as we can in the first wave. In fact, we are calling the first wave the “leap of faith.” For those of you who go in the first wave will have little to go on except our channeled messages, your own spiritual experience of our presence, and your own belief and faith.

Those who come in the second and third wave will have some visible experience that it is possible because they will be face to face with someone who has done it already. So it is impossible to give you an exact time, but let me say it is likely that it [i.e., the first wave] could occur even this year [1989-90].

I would suggest that your proper attitude would be that you are ready to go at any time, but you are maintaining your responsibilities in your lives and are prepared to stay for as long as is required. I do not think that iy will be more than five years.

My opinion of what the Creator has in mind is that He is waiting until the last possible moment to gather as many Starseeds as possible into the first wave, so that there are the maximum number of Ascended Masters returning to do the maximum amount of good, to cover the Earth with Christs.

So if it takes a but longer than you hope, it is because in my opinion He is waiting until that last moment. The more who come on the first wave the more can be saved in subsequent waves and more will experience this.
