Anyway...about my experience from the earlier meditation today, HOLY MOLY! Talk about being connected and sharing energy!! I thought my heart was going to jump right out of my body!! What a great feeling! And watching the animated Globe and seeing the grid light up like crazy all around Gaia was magnificent!!
