Significantly heavy rainfall has deluged the Southeast, creating dangerous flood conditions throughout Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
The Dothan Eagle reports that numerous roads in the area are flooded or closed. Geneva County EMA Director, Margaret Mixon, states that several roads are "blown out", which implies that they are damaged to the point of being closed for a while.
