St. Germain: Exercise to Bring 5D to 3D[ TO DISSOLVE 3D]

"Good evening, Beloved Family, it is I, St. Germain, and I stand before you, and I stand with you, and I and this Company are One! And yes, we know that you have had difficulties, and we know that sometimes it seems as though the challenges and the trials of the third dimension are reaching out to try to keep you in that box, but we also know that you are all empowered now, because you have been so faithful to your missions, that you are all empowered to bring yourselves up and out of that box that can no longer contain and control you. It’s about Freedom, and you have given yourselves permission to be free and we honor you this Freedom.
"And we are gathered here tonight to bring that same message of Freedom to so many who are still feeling all of the challenges, and the difficulties, and the hardships that this third dimension is wanting to perpetuate. And you know what they are - we do not need to go into it. You heard the words of NESARA, Beloved Ones, read them, carry them in your hearts, along with that famous Declaration. It matters not where in the world you are located, it is the same for every man, woman and child, and for every member of all of the kingdoms of Mother Gaia, it is the same.
"You are free because you have committed to this Freedom to make your flight up and out of this box. And as you do so, it is to invite the world, that part of the world which is still in that box, to come. Set aside your cares and your worries about your children, your parents, your siblings, your precious friends and neighbors. Set aside even your concerns about the wars and the starvations and deprivations which are going on in the world. Set them aside!
"Let us join hands, Beloved Ones, let us join hands in high vibrational Love and Joy in our togetherness, in our Oneness. And let us breathe Love, and let us breathe in the Joy of this high vibration. And let us move ourselves up, up and out of the boxes. Let us fly together! I offer each and every one of you, and all who come after, to join with us in this, your measurement of time, because it’s all in the same moment, truthfully. I offer everyone the Violet Flame to propel yourselves up and to energize yourselves even more!
"So we rise together holding hands, high, high up into the realms of Joy and Light, and most of all, Love. And when you are ready, look back at the place from which you came and see - remember we said set aside, we meant leave them there -whatever there might have been, because once again you freed yourselves by coming up into higher vibrations. And now see in the box you just left, there is another box, and another box, and another box, and see that there are people in those other boxes. And now it is that we extend the Violet Light, and look closely within the Light and see that it strengthens. It strengthens lines of energy glowing - beautiful strong lines now, somewhat like ropes or cords if you will - glowing, shining, sparkling golden and silver cords or threads or ropes - lines coming from where we are. Now go ahead and lower them to all of the ones who are in those 3D boxes. And as you do, look at them, watch them open their eyes and look up, and look - they can see us, Beloved Ones!!!
"It might be a little hazy. Send some more of that Violet Light to clear the way to empower the visions that you are presenting to them, the messages that you are sending to them. And now look, one by one, they accept this beautiful sparkling line, this connection with you, that you extend to them. See them open their eyes fully. See them start to glow. See them smile. Some of them may even be crying crystalline tears of Joy. And now see that these lines that you have connected with them, are now allowing them to fly up and out of their boxes, too. Some of them may be a little frightened - this is unknown territory for them. They haven’t been here since they came into these bodies!!! The youngest ones, the children -well it’s like going on a fun ride at the amusement park for them. They are thrilled, ahhh, thrilled to get up and out of that box that somebody has been trying to stuff them into! The wise ones who always knew that there was something that wasn’t quite balanced, wasn’t quite harmonious in the world of 3D Planet Earth -see them start to feel invigorated, alive. See their passions start to flow. This one says 'Oh, I have always wanted to paint beautiful pictures, I can do that as long as I keep my heart open, and as long as I allow this Light to come through me. I can do that!' And another one says, 'Well I have always wanted to climb a mountain. I don’t need to climb the mountain, I can fly to the top. I am free!'
"And feel all of this awakening throughout the world. And now hear music. The music of the Heavens has come to Planet Earth, because Planet Earth is coming to the Heavens . And hear the people listen with such great joy and such empowerment. They are starting to get it. 'Oh, I can do something different! I can be happy, I can be joyful! I can be loved!!!'
"And what is really beautiful, Beloved Ones, is if they really open their eyes and open their hearts, they start to realize, ‘I can love myself!’ That is the key to their own empowerment. And yes, they may have a little different version than you do of how they got to this point, and that is alright. Smile upon them. You have brought them up, you have been the connecting link, the bridge if you will, for them, to their own homecomings. And there is such Joy. And let them come, and let them hug each other and all of us. We are one great big loving Family of Earth and Sky. And let us hug each other and hold on to each other, to these hugs, to this exchange of energy, this exchange of Love. It never has to end, you know. All that they came here to do is now suddenly known to them. And they are empowered because you reached to them, and you offered them the lifeline to come and be free!!!
"Lady Nesara, Lady Liberty are walking, indeed flying, around this group and lighting them up with purpose, with ambition. ‘I am going to do this help my neighbor. I am going to do this to help the starving children across the world.’ Yes it’s passion, it’s passionate expression and it’s passionate commitment. It’s waking up to what they came here to do, and now they are in touch with it. Or shall we say, it is moving throughout the entirety of their fields, because you, Beloved Ones, have joined with us in this high, high plane - this place of Light, this place of Love. So come and hug. Move around now and hug everyone, and let your Lights flow through this entire Company and beyond - beyond Planet Earth and out to the Universe. And as it does it will circle back and come again and come again and come again, ever more, ever more. Love, Joy and yes, the bliss of being in passionate expression in thought, word and deed. And those who were asleep now join in the thanks and the Joy, because you, Beloved Ones, came with your caring, with your compassion, with your open hearts, and together we have helped millions to open to the Joy, the Truth of Who They Are, and of Who We Are. One together! Family, and close, so close, to the moments where you will live, Beloved Ones, as permanent residents in these higher dimensions, because you have brought the higher dimensions to Planet Earth!!! And so it is. We thank you. We love you, and we are One with you . And so it is. Namaste!"
