People who consume chocolate have 11% less chances for suffering from a cardiovascular disease, showed a study made by the scientists from the University of Aberdeen. According to the study, eating 7 to 100 g of chocolate daily can bring much benefit for your overall health.
People who love chocolate have been found to visit the hospital due to a heart disease 9% less than the ones that don’t eat chocolate so much. They also had a 23% lesser risk of a heart attack.
The research was following over 25.000 man and women and their chocolate eating habits. Based on the research about the long-term influence of the nutrition profile, it was concluded that throwing out chocolate from your diet wont decrease the risk of cardiovascular diseases or death from heart attack.
