1) NURTURE YOUR SOUL.
Your soul is the eternal part of you. It will exist long after your physical body dies.
Some activities give you joy. These are the ones to nurture. I have an artist friend who likes to paint. It gives her great pleasure to create paintings on her canvass. This is her thing.
You also have your own thing that you love to do. Find out what it is and do it. This is one sure way of nurturing your soul.
2) CUT BAD NEWS TO A MINIMUM.
If you are watching TV and it brings you down then you are punishing your mind. Your mind takes in energy from both good and bad news. If you cut bad news down to a minimum, then you have less negative energy to deal with! Simple.
3) DO SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL EACH DAY.
People need to create. God is creative and we have a part of the God spark inside of us.
This spark is expansive in nature and likes to express itself. Even the act of phoning a friend and asking about their welfare is a creative act. It costs you nothing to be kind to others.
