I can attest to this! I now have waterfront property (wasn't even close to waterfront before - was behind woods) and if it keeps raining I soon may have a houseboat! I also kind of hope that the city manager I told about massacring 'sacred trees' behind my house for the past 7 months recalls me telling him that and that one day he may realize what they've done. Gaia may be adding the explanation point!
