Stromboli (Eolian Islands, Italy): The lava overflows from the NE crater increased since yesterday and are now occupying a large portion of the upper outer slope of the cone.

White Island (New Zealand): Tremor at the volcano has been rising again a bit, but is still at low levels compared to a week ago when it suddenly dropped.

Machin (Colombia): A swarm of volcano-tectonic earthquakes occurred from 16:36 h (local time) until 19:25 h last night. The quakes were localized mainly to the southeast of the dome, at depths ranging between 2 and 4.5 km.
The largest earthquake was recorded at 17:40 h with a magnitude of 2.9 ML and one at 17:21 of magnitude 2.6 ML. Both were felt by residents near the volcano. Other parameters monitored by INGEOMINAS have not shown significant changes.
Such swarms have occurred frequently under the volcano since instrumental monitoring of the volcano began. INGEOMINAS maintains alert level "yellow".

Nevado del Ruiz (Colombia): A relatively large SO2 plume drifted from Ruiz yesterday, suggesting that the volcano is in a phase of strong degassing.
Internal seismic activity doesn't show significant changes.
