Commentary from The Galactic Free Press~~~ Here at the Press we strive for the Highest Truths to Present To Humanity Every Day and Every Moment, as well as Inspiration for Your Souls. The opportunnity we observe with messages, is that many attempt to place their projections onto the messages, which of course will distort the Truth in the Message. Every message here is screened, and this process is through feeling. For feelings share Truth.
Here, We will also provide commentary if clarification needs to be presented. Words in this realm are somewhat challenging. We would also like to add, that many of us are and have been for many years working behind the scenes.
Expectations from the channels is really an outside event. Love has no expectations as it Lives freely in Trust with the Truth and Love, which is from within. The mind will always want proof, and is where all expectation comes from. The Heart Knows the truth without question or doubt. All Events shared are inevitable Events. When You can see The Bigger Picture, You Will Relax and Know. All Our Love and Joy, We Love You So, Love Mother and Father God and The Entire Galactic Free Press
The channeller
Speaking, painting or writing down information derived from information packages or concepts that come from sources that are purely Love–Energy is what channelling divine creative entities is about. Rare is when channellers move away from their body and become a vehicle for the entity. In example AAM, St. Germain and Kryon are directly communicating through a person that way. Other than that a channel uses his mind to put the received information in a human form such as music, paintings, text, speech or dancing. There can be seconds or hours, even years between reception and translation.
When channelled information needs interpretation and translation, because it is received as concepts or images, the channeller needs other skills to avoid being misunderstood. Everybody can learn how to channel and those who do are not always prepared to interpret multi D messages or avoid personal make-up. Why? Unconscious believe systems and or obsessions can change the information and vibration of the message.
Messages are more beautiful when the channeller have had sufficient training FROM ITS INTELLIGENT HEART CELLS. The untrained mind is not able to grasp multidimensional concepts unprepared. From higher self I note that vainglory and pride or are two temptations to overcome before being a crystal clear channel. The channellers agenda will be felt as long as mentality is reigning over the brilliance of the heart. Luckily I have seen many many channels that share their agenda in all honesty; it makes that you can still feel and hear the love through the message. To discern I use my heart and I used the Guidelines on Discernment from New Realities Magazine July 1987. I copied them under this article and I included a little note from Lee Carroll I like about channelling and channelled messages.

As a reincarnation and regression therapist I have been involved in a project that needed a study of channeled material and spiritual circles for an organization that was called ‘’The power of One’’ (an initiative that wanted to help Gaya heal from the ecological debt, we created. At that time (15 years ago) they felt the need to discern between good and bad partners. This makes me laugh when I write this. Pretty fear based, huh? The result is that the initiative is stalled by partners that found their selves more important than the initiative. But it served me a great experience as a reader and listener of channelled messages.
I must have seen much of all channelled material since the Harmonic Convergence of 1987 and many of them I was not able to read because of their weird and or sick vibrations. Some resonated deeply with my heart and were at multiple occasions transformative. And I found many interesting things regarding channelled messages.
Messages are always carrying one or more intentions ranging from love to destructive. Messages you read or hear are all coming from outside of you (you are not the channel) and 90% are not coming from a crystal clear channel. Even though you can, you read these messages because you are not connected yet to source to hear them yourself, ok? There is nothing wrong with that because through many of these channelled messages you learn so much valuable things. Maybe how to become a channel yourself. And when that happens you are in a very fortunate position because you decided to turn your attention away from your head to your head…enabling more love to come in.
Sometimes messages are exciting, long waited for and of immense importance to you or large groups of people. The part of you that thinks, creates hope, aspirations, expectations and hold on to them. ‘’ Shortly after 11.11.11 banking systems will collapse……’’ The information is strong for you and It makes you forget that you are inside; it makes you believe that there is something bigger outside of you. Through reading messages you are totally focused outside yourself, forgetting the bigger message that screams between the lines…. that the portal 11.11.11. is enabling you to move even more easy to you centre of Love. For the mind it is important and loyal to hold on to what is written and believe and make the writer responsible. It is lovingly taught by mom, dad, priest, school to obey. Give your mind a big hug for he has not experienced yet how utterly safe and loving it is to be guided by Love and source and be taught by your hearts intelligence instead. Mind has a lot to learn from heart. It is hearts turn now. And while you are at it…enjoy the ride. That is what all the creative entities are telling us since the first channelled messages.
There is another thing that is curious about channelled messages. Channelled messages are sometimes more positive than predicted. ‘’The LOVE VIRUS is spreading faster as foreseen’’.
And messages can predict things to happen at some point in time that will happen later. What is causing that? We do. As a collective we do this with heart focused intent or the absence of it. The angelic realms nor the channel is responsible because they cannot interfere with your free will and choice.
Now fasten your seatbelts… This may be a good question for you... Where were you before, during and after 11.11.11?? Were you centred in, or moving towards trust, peace and love? Or, were you focused on all the beautiful and exciting things that were announced from so many different channels and then they did not happen for you and the bank systems did not collapse and no UFO's landing? Worldwide, thousands of light workers and lovers were living up to the 11.11.11 event. Tell yourself what would have be the outcome if the majority of them were not totally trusting yet. Indeed, today’s situation. If large groups of people are influenced by outside data that is exciting it can cause that they move away from their heart and do not see the love happen. Think of this: Disclosure and many other exciting and beautiful things can only happen when we are firmly rooted in our hearts. Why? We are needed to show our love to those who are fearful for change. Excitement will not do the job.

Guidelines On Discernment - New Realities Magazine - July 1987
1. There will always be useful information for everyone. Beware of the channel that gives you useful information for only a few, or tells you that it's only for a special group or a sequestered number. It must be useful for ALL humanity, every single Human. This is an area of discernment allowing you to know you are hearing the truth.
2. The message should be uplifting. Watch for an empowering message - NOT ONE OF FEAR, not one that drags you down - not one that makes you want to take fearful action or hide - but an enabling message! This is a staple of God energy. It must be there. It should inspire the listener and reader. Every recorded angel appearance before a Human Being has begun with "Fear not!"
3. Spirit (God) will never, ever channel a message that asks you to give up your free will. Never! For your free will is what your experience on Earth is all about as you sit in your "chairs of gold" (a metaphor created in Kryon Book Six). Free will! FREE CHOICE is what drives your future.
4. Spirit will never give you a message - ever - that asks you to violate the integrity of what you believe. You are honoured in your thought processes. Spirit will never trick you or "talk you" into anything. The message must never violate your integrity. You must feel comfortable with it, and it must ring true to your heart.
5. Spirit will never represent a channeller as being the only source. Watch for this, for there are many channels of Spirit and they all coordinate their information to create a bigger picture, especially in this New Age. They will NEVER represent themselves as the ONLY source of information.
6. Watch for the fact that the information is normally new information. Beware of the channel that simply re-hashes the old, for they are not channelling anything but the ego of the Human Being. New information is necessary. It is the entire reason for the channel. Think about it.
7. Watch for the fact that channelled information should have spiritual solutions presented. Solutions to life challenges on Earth, via new information, is the purpose of channelling.

The next time you sit before a channel or read a transcription, consider these seven items presented above. As you listen to or read the words of a channeller, also try to ask "what is the intent of the human speaking?" Is there any ego or Human agenda? If you detect it... then stop. There cannot be Human ego present for the information to be accurate and true. Spirit demands this of the channeller... I know. I also know from over twelve years of live channelling experience that the message will ALWAYS be filled with love, and not fear. Watch for this!
Do you "recognize" the energy as familiar and feeling like "home?" This is another key. If you don't, and you can't identify with the entity or entities that are channelling through the Human, then perhaps you should pass on the message for now. Not all channelling is from an entity. Much of it comes form your own spiritual center. Don't always try to determine "who" it is, asking for a name or trying to put skin and bones to it. Consider that your core is the Love of God... and is also able to give YOU messages for YOU.
