Grain bin collapse cuts off road, power in Clinton

A church sanctuary was flattened and the steeple of a nearby church was blown off Saturday afternoon when high winds raced through tiny Hampton in Livingston County, Ky.

No injuries were reported, according to Brent Stringer, Livingston County’s emergency management director.
