Winter Storm Orko has delivered a paralyzing blow to travel in the Upper Midwest with a combination of heavy snow and high winds that have closed parts of three interstates.
This sprawling storm system is bringing an icy morning commute to parts of the Northeast on this Monday morning. Meanwhile, thunderstorms on the southern end of this system continue to bring a threat of severe weather to parts of the Gulf Coast region.
