I awoke to many posts and messages about 12-12 today.  As a read all of the cosmic consciousness views, I frequently had to reread things 3 or 4 times as the wording from many channelings are full of so many…words, views, other dimensional semantics, and energy coming through.  But, very few of the writings explained how to live this experience in normal life.   I feel one of my roles here on planet Earth is to help guide all walks of life into Christ consciousness.

We have been preparing for our next portal experience; that of 12:12. This portal is a step before the grand Winter Solstice Gateway, which anchors and enhances what we do with this portal. A portal is an opening in Gaia that connects to the Sirian Universal Merkabah, spoken of in July, and its energy is available for us on December 12th. A Gateway is a larger opening that is universal and holds a much greater opportunity to indeed receive more Light and therefore, lifts us higher into our Ascension.

There are many studies supporting the belief that people with an upbeat and positive perspective tend to be healthier and enjoy longer lives. For example, in one study,¹ the tendency to always expect the worst was linked to a 25 percent higher risk of dying before the age of 65.

Perhaps one of the most well-known forerunners of “the science of happiness” was Norman Cousins, who in 1964 was diagnosed with a life-threatening autoimmune disease. After being given a one in 500 chance of recovery, Cousins created his own laughter therapy program, which he claims was the key to his ultimate recovery.

Cousins went on to establish the Cousins Center for Psychoneuroimmunology² in Los Angeles, California, and his book, Anatomy of an Illness, was made into a TV movie in 1984 that you can see in the video above. It's an old grainy movie. However, you can watch it if you are in a tough spot and feel you would benefit from some happy support.

I first noticed this video posted somewhere a few weeks ago right before I began an afternoon of back-to-back sessions. Although I planned to watch it afterwards, life intervened with other things to do, and I eventually forgot about. Many thanks to Mitch for bringing this beautiful project back on my radar when I do have time to post it myself.

December is a perfect time to take stock of where you are and consider what you want to create next year.

Your understanding of December’s energies can help you make the most of this taking stock and planning. After all, each time cycle has its own energies. To be optimally resourced, you want to become mindful of this month’s opportunities and potential roadblocks.

The ancients knew about the power of self-reflection and inner contemplation this time of year. They had a deep understanding of the need to connect and work with the Earth’s natural cycles. They appreciated the value of taking a time-out before the close of a year to slow down and go on input from spirit.

Here we are, one year after the date which was supposed to be the most important date ever and nothing happened. But is that really true? Is it possible that a lot happened that we could not see or feel from a physical perspective, but it was much more than that and in fact, it was everything we hoped it would be and more? One of the aspects of our expanding awareness is what we have to be willing to accept and acknowledge as experience, and it goes way beyond what we use our five senses for.

When really thinking about it, the stereotype that depicts off-world beings as ravenous insect-people or monsters with the destruction of humanity in mind seems a little silly.

I know that we haven’t “officially” discovered Life on other planets yet (wink wink) and I’m well aware of the media’s considerable role in painting our perception of extraterrestrials, but how have we become so complacent with accepting that image?
