Pre~ Landing Scenario Recap:~

5. Transitional American Gov’t in power for about 9mo.
6. Transitional Gov’t to announce Galactic Federation of Light
What Transitional Gov’t Does:
• End wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, set up middle east peace conference
• Replace Federal Reserve w/ Treasury Bank
• Abolish IRS, end income tax.
• Replace Federal Reserve fiat notes with precious-metal based currency
• Replace cabinet system to constitutional requirements eg. United States Postal Service to United States Post Office (de-privatized)
• All of these changes and more are to be announced during a series of national broadcasts lasting 8-10 days.
First Contact Scenerio:
1. New Gov’ts introduce Galactic Federation of Light
2. Global telecasts on first contact
3. Liaisons begin education projects
4. Mass landings on prescribed areas
5. Earth’s society move to Inner Earth ( after a time we enjoy lots of awesomeness)
The Opening Announcements:
• Before making announcements the GFL conducts psychological and logistical testing to prepare everyone for the announcements.
• The broadcasts are to be delivered via TV, radio, and telepathic messages
• Schedule of landings are to be announced worldwide.
• The broadcasts introduce the GFL and the reasons for coming in massive numbers.
• Review landing protocols
• After landings, GFL gathers feedback from Earth humans
Landing Logistics:
• Landings will take about 2 hrs to complete
• Fleet of scout crafts move to preassigned areas and lock in their landing coordinates
• At appointed time ships uncloak and link up with their respective heavenly companions
• Before ships land, special calming energies are sent around the globe for about 30min.
• The fleet sends out harmonic waves jamming all weapons systems (guns, grenades, military weaponry etc.)
• Defense craft go to their assigned pre-landing positions
• The landing fleet awaits final “green light” given by First Contact Command Board
• The ships land using corkscrew- like formation
• A special force field that is to surround all the ships is to be illuminated in ever-changing bright colors
• Heavenly “trumpets” are heard around the world to herald the coming fleet
• The shops are to land with all landing lights on.
• As they land, GFL broadcast instructions to stay clear of the craft until crew have disembarked (safety)
• Fleet commanders deliver message to people of Earth.
• A delegation of diplomats and liaisons meet with every major government on the planet
• 30 min after landings, the Supreme Commander of the First Contact Mission delivers a message
