What a beautiful and marvelous day and night it is/was today. The extremely intense energies are pouring in like a waterfall, straight into our consciousness, with a constant flow. The weather is getting cooler and and it feels so beautiful. It is so refreshing and re-energizing.
The extreme pouring in of these high vibrations, integrating into our bodies have had a major impact on the ones who have raised consciousness and have fully opened themselves to receive these upgrades. The higher realms weren't kidding about this. I can not begin to explain how much of an impact these upgrades have had on me this past week. Heavy headaches, lightheadedness, nausea, extreme fatigue, to the point where I can barely stand up. Major sleep time, sometimes 14 hours a day and still feeling tired! My consciousness has felt "out of place". Emotions are running fast and strong and I am doing my best not to engage with them.
Overall, there is no reason to be disappointed or scared. If you understand the higher purpose of these events, you would be more joyful than anything. If you are experiencing these extreme feelings within you, you are well on your way back up into the higher dimensions.
Love is in the air. What a great time to be alive. Passion and creativity have also been overwhelming. So much great news incoming from our ascended master and archangels. So excited to have them mention that there is so very little time left in physical reality, and that we are only days away from living a more joyful and prosperous life globally. Although materialism should never be of concern to light workers, we should engage in our passions and pursue what our hearts desire. Connect with higher self, and fully engage in what you want to be, and want to experience.
The energies now, will not be slowing down. On the contrary, they will be increasing and speeding up. But we know exactly what we need to do to handle this. We will all be just fine. Love is the answer to everything. Our perceptions will change completely, we will be seeing this earth as a completely new platform from our highly intelligent 5d consciousness heart ♥

For the past two weeks or so I have been beat but today I woke up and what a high. We are so lucky and there is nothing that can stop us. Everyone will wake up. It is hard to disengage from the matrix but more and more are doing it. I am not saying I won't backslide but I sure hope not. Now it seems to be a challenge integrating the new energys and knowing. It is always darkest before the dawn. Keep the faith as we Won our Freedom!

I can relate to your sharing and experience! I have been feeling really tired today and emotional too, kind of out of sorts like I am not here or there .... such strange feeling and hard to describe but at the sametime remembering its all for the good of this ascension and I welcome it with loving arms and heart. There is also a joy in the midst of the shift ang the disocnfort and tiredness. I appreciate that you posted this, it helps to know that we are not alone and most importantly that we are alright and right on track on this loving path Home :) ♥
P.S. I am taking care of myself as best I can by breathing deeply and conciously as often as I can remember. Drinking lots of water, eating as healthy as possible, even green juicing, exercise, for me walk running out in nature is great, it helps me to be more grounded, and of course meditating daily. Being present in your body.

I've been feeling like I have a bad cold that just came on suddenly! I've been treating it as a cold, but now I know it isn't. I too feel very heavy & as though I can sleep & sleep. Ya, we're all gonna be just fine!! Just need to hear what our bodies need to do, & let them do it. It' s all Good
