Popocatépetl volcano in Mexico continues to produce relatively ash-rich small explosions at a rate of approximately 1 per hour. Glow is seen at night.
The lava flow from Fuego volcano in Guatemala is now 400 m long, and there are few weak explosions.

A strong SO2 plume can be seen from Ambrym volcano on Vanuatu today. Several small lava lakes remain active there.
Sakurajima volcano has had no less than 5 explosions of moderate size (ash cloud heights up to 10,000 ft / 3 km) during 14 Oct, after a 3 days period with (probably) just one eruption.
A strong SO2 plume is drifting from Nyiragongo and/or neighboring Nymuragira volcanoes in the DR Congo.
A hot spot continues to be visible at Karymski volcano in Kamchatka.
