Kundalini Yoga net
After years of spiritual practice and meditation, I simplify my morning practice in the following way. I sit in front a full length mirror and look into the eyes of love. I view my light body glowing. I then say and sing a streaming chant for invoking Love to fill my heart. I am present to the song of my heart, to the stillness within me and to the Over Lighting Presence surrounding me.
I recorded the following morning invocation a few months ago. One may read this and say it is a prayer, or an intention, or a flowing mantra, or a song of chants. This would be correct.
One evening in 2006, after a long day, I rested my head on my pillow and said:
Dear God
Within an instant, I received a response to a prayer I had not yet uttered. I later wrote the prayer as I heard it. That prayer prayed me. Prayer is consciousness. Our prayer lives inside of us. What ever we call love, what ever we call prayer, is alive and already uttered through us. We are never not one with Unending Presence. I encourage you to begin your day this way. You will be flooded with light, and embraced by Love—which is the Unending Presence found inside our heart.
Invocation to Love
I am one with my Higher Self
I am one with my Over Soul
I am one with my Monad
I engage with my Monad
I engage with my Composite Soul
I invite my Cosmic Family to be present
I engage with the Source of Love, with the Field of Love, with the Source Field of Love
I am grateful for the Presence
I acknowledge Love
I am here to receive love, to be love, to know love, to speak of love, to write of love, to share love, to vibrate love
I am here now, we are here now, you are here now, be now
I am in gratitude for this moment, I am grateful to my Cosmic Family, to the Source of my Being, to the beautiful Realm of Light
To the voice within me, to the speech of my own heart, as I encounter the Field of Love, the Realm of Light, I hold in my heart the Origin of Love
I am love, you are love, we are love be love now
I am here now, you are here, we here now, be here now
Oh speak to me and through me, edit through me, create through me, inspire through me, innovate through me
I open to my highest level of skills, talents and intelligence
I am a spark of Infinite Intelligence
I am a surplus of love
l am a spark of Prime Creator, write through me, teach through me, create through me, draw through me, paint through me
Live and breath through me, activate my crown, activate my heart, heal through me, activate my cells, vibrate love through me, active high velocity healing through me, transmuting and clearing
I am grateful for every day, in each and every way
I am grateful for everyday I walk on this planet
I am here to contribute in fulfillment of my mission
I am strong, I am resolute, I am safe
I know that I am not alone
I am provided everything I need, all that I need, I have a surplus of wealth and health
And so I degree,
It is Me, I am Now, I am Thou.
I forgive, you forgive, we forgive, be forgive
I am clear, you are clear, we are clear
And so it is.
