Yes your energy is adjusting in vibration to the new energies.
This is ongoing.
But you still have the work of integrating with your selves so that you are capable of achieving the
maximum experiences
because you will be experiencing with more of your integrated being on line.
Many of you are becoming sick, agitated, and confused.
As to what directions to go in, within and or without.
This is okay, expected to happen.
In a way, you are losing consciousness,
but really it is that you are having trouble 'hearing' with your being the new energies and
frequencies, as your systems adjust,
(you're not used to them)
and since hearing comes from vibration,
you would see that you would neither be feeling these things.
Certainly not clearly.
At first, at least.
Now since the new energies keep affecting the planetary energy vibrations at large, and you of course, the
environment,
You are getting 'lag behind'.
Sinilar to how traffic jams move, compress agin, then move, and keep repeating.
That is where your energies are having to adjust more suddenly to the
new energies there, presesnt around...
it is a reaction.
and adjustments in the ways that your energy particles are used to vibrating in pattern and
frequency is an experience for your particles, your many things.....
it takes a bit of time, .
.
so here is our advice for future....
.
Why don't you give your being.... you're energy systems more time and a gentler way to adjust,
to go through the adjustments,..... keeping up better.....
Very simple way to do this....
Imagine the horizon,
as we have mentioned, the edge of what you can see.
And imagine light coming up over this horizon.
This is planetary, and also you could think of it as your horizon as you will be meeting the new
energies there.
By meeting the continually new energies there, starting as they are just beginning to come over
the horizon, you are meeting them before they're amplitude has built up as much yet,
so because it seems as a lower intensity at first,
that makes for getting started earlier with the adjustments which your energies will engage in,
gives you more time with it,
smoother and makes more sense within,
and so contributes to keeping up faster, so less 'lag behind' effects,
and so less of the dis resonance of your current energies with the new ones,
and for a shorter time.
as your energies adjust to being able to resonate with
the new influences, which are happening.
Sort of like a meet and greet out there at the horizon.
