Today's mental landscape is like a minefield, so we will need to call upon the skills of the wise owl to manuever through the energy. It will be very hard to pull ourselves out of this unless we get outdoors. We have assistance from spirit if we can take ourselves out of the negative state of mind long enough to go outside and connect with nature. Walk away from anything that is not going well; take a break and go back to it in a little while.
There is old heart-healing involved today, meaning old wounds or patterns of behavior surface to be recognized and released. Be wise and choose to move forward in a different way. Be especially gentle and patient with yourself and others today. The energy is volatile so we counter by maintaining a strong vibratory field that is enhanced by fusion with the planet herself.
