Napoleon Had A Microchip Implant?

The genreal public is usually kept in the dark over things like time travel and manipulation of history. But, I do wonder why there is a need for new history books every year.  If time travel was/is a reality, it is likely the history wouldn't need changing unless perception needed to be manipulated to cover up activities. We have enough of that stuff in the media right now. Consider the facts. 10 people who could be trained observers. All reviewing a video of an event are likely to have different perceptions with many variations of what happened. Truth is a personal thing. With more information the wise observer will let go of what was true for the new truth. Flat earth is a perception of not too long ago. Yet, in the very distant past the ancients had an understanding of the movements of planets and galaxcies. There may have been a time of forgetting to create flat earth. There is a rule of thumb to follow in regards to truth. If you can verify the information personally, that equals a truth. If some important person makes a statement of fact, always remember this equals an opinion. Nothing else. You may choose to agree or not. But, if you agree you have given your power to make a decision on that point of intrest to the person of import. Not always a good thing. Too many people do not trust their inner knowing. If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck.....what is it? Micro chips  in Napoleon's day? Really? You aren't from these here parts are you? As to quantum teleportation, it is said to only have been achieved with a photon particle so far. This science is within the last 15 years. I have not seen this. So, in my little book, this is still hearsay.
