Popocatépetl (Central Mexico): The number of emissions (mainly steam puffs) has increased to about 3 per hour. A total of 8 small explosions, some of which ejected incandescent tephra outside the crater and produced small ash plumes were observed during the latest 24 hour report interval (CENAPRED).
