It has been revealed that the man behind false story that the Eurooean Uniom has put a ban on the Malawi President travelling to Europe is a fake barrister and under police investigations for impersonating a profession Banthu Times has learnt.
It has been reported that Allan Ntata a DPP agent has been pretending to be a qualified barrister while he is not and has been hoodwinking people to believe that he can practice law in the United Kingdom while he spends his days working in a factory as a labourer.

To be a barrister in the United Kingdom one needs to go for a special training which Mr Ntata has never done and yet he deludes himself and lies to people far away in Malawi to believe he is a top barrister in London.”
NTATA, FAKE BARTISTER
Banthu Times have made contacts with the higher institutions where Mr Ntata claims to be lecturing law, and our reliable sources can confirm that he is not working as a lecturer contrary to his deluded lies that he is lecturing Law and pursuing a PHd.
“Allan Ntata is not new to controversy, in 2011 he paraded himself as a legal expert to the then Bingu Wa Muntharika administration even though he had no licence to practice law in Malawi. The Malawi Law Society while considering his case, he was already up in arms trying to handle cases which backfired due to his incompetence. He made himself , using connections, to be handpicked as a legal advisor to the late President but made bizarre decisions that led people to question if he is really a lawyer. He orchestrated the arrests of UDF President Atupele Muluzi, he was a brain behind introducing the Ant Farting Bill that was world wide regarded as the most insane legislation. He several times convinced himself in his deluded mind that he can change the constitution to stop Malawi president Dr Joyce Banda becoming discharging her duties when she was Vice President.”
During the death of state President Bingu Wa Muntharika, Antata was reportedly at the centre of controversy after he advised the cabinet to stage a coup and allow his DPP President Muntharika take over the presidency which was foiled.
“We can tell you Ntata is a crook , he left the country running from the landlord a bill of k1,5 million for unpaid rent and the matter is still in court. He later on claims he was running away for political reasons. I have seen where he lives and what he does, he just works in a factory carrying loads of woods because in UK you can not practice as a barrister if you aren’t one but after his 12 hour shift he sits down in his confused state of mind to make people believe he is a top barrister in London, this man is confused.” Said the source
Several sources indicate that in 2011 he was drunk and took cocaine then had sex with a sister to his wife while videoing himself and the video was widely circulated in Malawi. ” Bingu Wa Muntharika getting advice from such a mental case what do you expect , this man needs psychological intervention before he does something terrible.
In the UK falsifying qualifications and impersonating a profession one is not is punishable by courts up to 5 years in prison. ‘ If he wants to be a barrister he must go back to school and do the Bar Training and seek the pupillage otherwise he risks serving prison terms.”
The best Mr Ntata can do is to stop pretending he is a barrister before he finds himself behind bars.
