They allow us to see beyond the limits we have unconsciously placed on ourselves and ultimately, when used properly, to create more passionate, fulfilling lives in our everyday reality. Asking ourselves questions leads us into unexplored areas of the mind that often hold surprises for us that we may or may not want to be there.
