Victory! New York Capital Unanimously Passes Anti-NDAA Resolution

On October 7, 2013, the Albany, NY Common Council unanimously passed Resolution 80.92.13, 11-0, becoming the first city in America to prohibit indefinite military detention without charge or trial, specifically under the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, to declare it is not a “battlefield” and resolve that its citizens and residents are not subject to “detention under the law of war.”

 

The 2012 National Defense Authorization Act was overwhelmingly passed by Congress and signed into law by President Barack Obama on December 31, 2011. The 2012 NDAA declares the United States to be a battlefield in the war on terror and Sections 1021 & 1022 authorize the indefinite detention, without charge or trial, of all persons, including American citizens, accused by the President of undefined “support” for terrorist activity or commission of a ‘belligerent act”. This violates multiple provisions of the US Constitution, in addition to the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th and 14th amendments.

No, I dont care how much you pledged. Im glad yu have $$ to throw around, because the ATMs around HERE are NOT in SERVICE. MOST of NY is FLOODED.

 

PEOPLE are DEAD, DYING due to no food, WATER, HEAT(near freezing tonight), and ELECTRICITY.

 

..and porr old Mr.Mayor waits until the last minute to CANX the race.

 

DAMN well better donate those materials to THOSE HERE or GET OUT. YOU can RUN any day. In case you cant do the math from the figures, THATS HOT MEALS...

TOILETS(were sewage is seeping )

WATER(were all the water and tap water in CONTAMINATED)

To everyone else. DEMAND the help. DEMAND the resources, DEMAND the power and food until it arrives otherwise.The sooner we can get operational, to sooner we can CLEAN UP. And with this WINTER, THAT may take AWHILE.

 

1000s in shelters at schools and they want to open the schools with unfiltered WHO knows who still living there, homeless.....

 

Is there any real intellegent people in NY,NJ and other state management offices? I dont see it.

the militarys coming, it aint here yet. National guard is in SOME areas.

 

Zones B+C...next to no one...and those places are RAVAGED.DESTROYED.Only ZONE 'A' evacuated....
