Do you ever find yourself saying, “If I could just take a minute to breathe?” Well I wonder if you really know how important taking a dedicated breath really is. When we talk about the “breath” people don’t realize that they have access to an incredible resource that’s available 24/7, and the best part is, it’s absolutely free! Used to its full potential, it can have a significant and positive affect on your well-being. It can act as a channel to show you how powerful you are as a soul. You can tap in to it by simply taking your next breath. When we enter this world, the first thing we do is inhale, and before we leave this life, the last thing we do is exhale. Life is therefore one continuous series of breaths.

We’re often barely aware that we breathe and take this miraculous function of the body for granted. Once the breath becomes part of your everyday awareness, you’ll wonder how you survived before you started paying attention to it...

There are times when we say, “No one will ever truly know me but me.” I suppose those are the moments we would call lonesome or melancholy. Still, when it comes to being known, we may shut down a little too quickly. I think there is more ‘knowing’ going on than we realize, considering how our individual universes intermingle, when we love.

Our joy is found in creating, and we offer our creations to others of the One that is all of us… for the good, we intend, to heal our separations. As we talk about oneness and even attempt to live in alignment with the concept, it’s obvious that thousands of years won’t be overcome in one giant leap. Respect is a great place to begin, though.

So what does a 528 Hertz tuning fork and chanting have to do with jumping DNA? In short, the procedure makes your so-called “junk” DNA jump! You see, our DNA is responsive to language and sound, now a rigorously scientifically proven fact. The resonance between our DNA and vocal intonations (as well as the 528 Hz Solfeggio tone) means that a shift or migration of mobile elements can be initiated with the correct procedure.

The whole point of this endeavour — for me at least — was to hopefully activate healing mechanisms in my DNA that were not functioning properly, by activating my abeyant kundalini reserves. First and foremost on my mind was the thought that this procedure might trigger some healing to take place in my damaged rotator cuffs (in the shoulders). I damaged the connective tissues in both shoulder joints when I was sixteen and they had never healed properly. I had long since resigned myself to a lifetime of shoulder pain, weakness, and stiffness — I couldn’t even lie on my side in a normal manner to sleep at night because of the slight pressure on my shoulders and the resulting pain!

Natural intelligence is infinite, alive, whole, and inclusive of everything. It is the living essence of the universe flowing through eternity and beyond.

Educated intelligence is limited, egotistical, and restrictive and only accepts what the mind can believe and understand.  It knows little, but pretends to know a lot.

Little does it understand the nature of existence; therefore, it relies on imagination to build its theories about everything.

FEED EACH OTHER  Today we would like to focus on the issue of poverty. Many among you are homeless and starving, more than ever before, as a result of war and mismanagement of resources. Not one single person on this Earth needs to die of starvation. There is plenty of food available, but due to greed, ignorance and superstition, many die while lying in fields of plenty.

Are you aware of the huge increase of obesity and malnutrition in your westernized societies? The starving children in third world countries are better off in many cases than those who have huge stores of fat in their bodies. Both are starving, yet western societies are overloaded with toxins that their bodies do not know how to process. Gain control of your food sources and enjoy a healthier life.

Many countries with a high increase of starvation have plenty of sources for nourishment. However, their governmental regulations and religious beliefs keep them from partaking of what they need to sustain their lives. There are many entrenched belief codes to break that must be addressed in order to save lives. One way to do this is to share information, as well as bags of rice.
