If you don’t know by now, pay closer attention—pesticides are everywhere. They are on our food, in our water, and in the air. They find their way into our bodies through a variety of vehicles. We can buy organic, grow our food, and use fancy water filtration, but we are still exposed to these modern chemicals on a daily basis. The key to minimizing the effects of pesticides come through both minimizing our exposure, but also through detoxification and preventing their effects on our bodies.

1. Milk Thistle
This plant is a member of the daisy family and has a long history of healing. It is primarily seen as a liver cure-all and is also said to be a great way to detox from toxic chemical exposure.
Scientific studies have suggested that a mind that is present and in the moment indicates well-being, whereas shifting our energy to the past or future can lead to unhappiness. Now, a preliminary UCSF study shows a link between mind wandering and aging, by looking at a biological measure of longevity within our DNA.
In the study, telomere length, an emerging biomarker for cellular and general bodily aging, was assessed in association with the tendency to be present in the moment versus the tendency to mind wander, in research on 239 healthy, midlife women ranging in age from 50 to 65 years.
Being present in the moment was defined as an inclination to be focused on current tasks, while mind wandering was defined as the inclination to have thoughts about things other than the present or being elsewhere.
This day has created a new vibration. You are all acclimating yourself to it in a new way, for you have opportunities that you have not had before. It is an opportunity for you to change your perceptions, to shift your energy and look at things differently. You all seem to be healers in some way, and most of you have helped others to go back and find the origin of their problems. It is very simple, dear ones. Most of your experiences happen first in childhood or even in adolescence, as it is very easy to scar a human psyche when you are young because you are getting to know yourself. Many of you have discovered ways of returning to what your original intent was during those times of misdirection. Why would you misdirect yourself? Why would anyone do so? Certainly it is not done intentionally. Misdirection often happens with knowledge. For instance, you see an open door and the handle looks very inviting. So, you push the door open further, simply step in and say, “This feels good for now. I will go forward.” Well, humans are adapters. You step into something new and rather than say, “Eww, this does not feel good,” you adapt yourselves and soon you are adjusting everything around you. You say, “Okay, I moved this over here and that over there, so now it feels comfortable.” What you do not always realize is that sometimes it takes a tremendous amount of your energy to play this game, which makes it more difficult in many aspects.
The New York conference was a great success! A rainbow group of people from Mongolia, Jamaica, Poland, Canada and other countries has gathered and activated the huge Manhattan vortex for the Light! The Resistance was very active "below the subway". Also our Galactic brothers and sisters greeted us - one of participants had a quite close encounter with a brilliant white triangular craft of the Galactic Confederation the evening before the conference. Victory of the Light is near!
In case you haven’t noticed, things have accelerated once again. Some of the changes are obvious – numerous earthquakes in various regions, a hurricane in New York and New Jersey, floods in Venice, more social, economic and political unrest, and these are just a few. Natural and human-caused events will continue to increase as we get ready to birth a new age of peace and prosperity.
What can we expect as we enter the three-day event of 20, 21 and 22 December?
Because this is an electromagnetic fluctuation and not a geophysical one, you can expect the sun to rise normally on December 22nd, the Earth to rotate in its normal manner, the axis to be tilted in the usual way, and life to continue. While there may be some increase in natural and human caused disruptions, and a small spike in the death rate during those three days, no holocaust or cataclysm is expected.
Woke up last Tuesday morning to receive a message from the Nibiruan, “Pay attention, they said, to the timeline. It’s about to end.” I knew from the urgency I felt that they wanted me to be aware that my opportunities to clear and shift as high as I can were swiftly coming to an end. I sat with that message (and its sense of urgency) for a day in order get really clear about what to do with it. The result was the message I sent out on Thursday, “Dump Your Junk”.
Since sending out the message, the Nibiruans have not stopped bringing this timeline issue to my attention. After 17 years, I come to accept that when something is really important to them, they continue to send “suggestions”until I take action). Just a day or so ago, I received a pair of articles about timelines and how ours is ending. I didn’t read them right away and put them in my follow up folder. Soon after I received them again…and then again! “Okay, O Okay, I said under my breath. I’ll read them!
We are in the swirling energies of shift and change… days of miracle and wonder. I send out strength and courage and inner peace to all those whose worlds are being rocked at this time. We are in a time of acceleration and almost instantaneous manifestation. Turning our thoughts and feelings to appreciation for the small miracles and love in our lives helps us to navigate the waters of change.
There are many layers to the awakening and healing process – from the Earthy to 7th level awakening. Yes. I know there are those who claim 9th and 12th dimensional beings contacting them and 45 strands of DNA but we won’t go there. If you make it to the 5th dimension it is Christ Consciousness where man/woman know themselves to be God and God knows itself to be man/woman. 7th is God Consciousness fully immersed in Creator. Let’s just get there first before setting higher goals.
In order to break through the veils one must break through the ignorance and take a long hard look at what is suppressing awakening. The suppression has many levels with many people knowingly and unknowingly participating in it. On the physical level there are psychotropic drugs, chemicals and additives in food like aspartame, fluoride, along with as many as 600 to almost 800 carcinogenic and toxic chemicals and heavy metals. GMO foods as well as heavily processed foods also have an effect. When you are running on low octane fuel it is hard to take off. One of the great suppressors is the chemtrails. Yes. They are real and not contrails containing a plethora of heavy metals and chemicals.

So what does this mean for us? Lack, separation, limitation and fear are aspects of the old paradigm and 3D reality that is in process of passing away. The higher 5D Light Frequencies coming into the planet (and us!) in a steady stream are about love, peace, abundance and choice. Some aspects of the new, Aquarian Age spiritual economy that is emerging are: respect for others and the planet (“right livelihood,”) sharing resources, bartering and other forms of alternative payments.
