How are you doing Beloveds?  Are you okay? You are indeed experiencing the most powerful incoming frequencies of Light so far ever received on Planet Earth. Some of you are already feeling a shift as this energy is calibrated within your energy field. Those of you whose purpose it is to merge your Essence with that of your Twin Flame in the 5th dimension will experience a phenomenal shift after the partial Lunar Eclipse later today (16:54:42 UTC) as further alignment in your energy field is achieved through the higher portals of ascension.

It is through the alignment of the Masculine and Feminine energies of the Eclipses that affords you clear passageway through the higher portals of your ascension. May we remind you Beloveds that there is nothing you have to do, just surrender, let go, and allow the shift to occur.

Unconditional love is the most powerful transmuting force in the universe. Remembering how to utilise the power of unconditional love will help you to remain in the higher states of your consciousness that so many of you are now enjoying. You are being assisted in every conceivable way in this NOW to help you stay more in your multidimensional awareness.

Perception is the key to overriding the limiting programs of your human consciousness.  Expanded perception comes from letting go of all that you previously believed yourself to be and embracing the knowing that there exists nothing outside of you. Literally nothing. When you can perceive yourself as being an intricate part of the Whole-ness that exists within you, and that everything you see around you is merely a projection of consciousness into the Hologram of Life, a huge shift will occur within your energy field.

I wrote and facilitated 'Expand Your Horizons' many years ago when I was around 16. I'm going to offer another seminar, or teleseminar this time, of same title. It's an opportunity to ask your most pressing question and hear answers to others' questions. Each time I facilitate an event, it always brings together those on a similar wave length or vibration. What are your three words that most represent your interest or focus or needs now. For example, mine are: divinity, service, find (those to serve). Another three of mine are: heal, Son, Daughter. Some tools for opening your heart...
1) regular, professional, massage therapy with someone you feel comfortable and who puts you to sleep or nearly
2) body breathing daily and eventually every moment... this will be taught at first teleseminar
3) organic, fresh food
4) distilled water to cleanse 3 weeks or months
5) New Zealand water after your energy increases
6) choose love rather than power, or being right, or getting even or anything else... this is a full topic as it doesn't mean being a doormat either
7) take 20-30min daily to go on inner, to be quiet, to breathe, to feel yourself as the divinely-loving Soul you are daily... maybe upon waking and same before sleep

"UPDATE.



At least 22 people were arrested today near a Dakota Access Pipeline construction site in North Dakota. Two people had locked down to machinery and stopped construction on the site when 50-60 riot police showed up.


With their assault weapons drawn, the riot police surrounded a large group of peaceful water protectors on the site and arrested them without warning. After those arrests were made, the riot police moved towards a group of support people on a public road and specifically targeted and arrested members of the media.

While the Obama administration has halted some work on the Dakota Access Pipeline near the camps, construction continues in many other areas. We must stay vigilant until the whole project is cancelled once and for all.


The battle is intense on the front lines, but we won't back down.

You are Soul... you don't have a soul.

This is one thing that can help you get clarity once you realize you are a Soul in a body having a human experience. Soul does NOT die. It changes as when you leave the body.

I died 3 times in this body. The first time I was pulled out of body thru the top of my head. I was asked to be a channel for dark. I ignored and focused on Love. I was instantly on formless, timeless plane and met with beings of like heart. After being warmly welcomed, experiencing the ease of being without the dense, physical body, being surrounded by and part of brilliant light yet no light, I was given the choice to stay or return to earth 'where much work was needed'. I've always volunteered quickly when I see/hear a need. There I was back in the body. I was already declared dead by a police officer so all were shocked. I insisted to get up to go to the bathrrom against much protesting. But I wouldn't stay and was helped to restroom. After going to bathroom and washing my hands I looked into the mirror and thought, 'I'm the first dead person I've ever seen.' So then realized I needed to listen to the help I was receiving.

Once you experince yourself as Soul on the inner, you are certain. Just start Body Breathing and live each moment you remember as divinely-loving Soul you are.

Each of us has a song to live. This song in our heart is always singing. We have only to Body Breathe to hear it clearly and live it clearly. We are each magnificently beautiful when we choose to live as the divinely-loving Soul we are. I'll copy what I just posted about Body Breathing in reply to another post entitled 'Hear Me' when I get to a computer. Of coure, u r welcome to find it before that. Thanks to all the amazing Souls here and everywhere who uplift each of us daily by living as the beacons of divine love as much as we are able.

This is the first time anything about Standing Rock has been in the top stories on this popular news site--EVER, and it basically took today's "Joint Statement from the Department of Justice, the Department of the Army and the Department of the Interior Regarding Standing Rock Sioux Tribe v. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers" for that to haPPen, where it's stated, “In recent days, we have seen thousands of demonstrators come together peacefully, with support from scores of sovereign tribal governments, to exercise their First Amendment rights and to voice heartfelt concerns about the environment and historic, sacred sites. It is now incumbent on all of us to develop a path forward that serves the broadest public interest.” The entire Statement is phenomenal to me, and I invite & encourage everyone to read it. It's looking like something very spectacular & significant occurred today in the United States.
