Mothers who take antidepressants while pregnant are more likely to have children later diagnosed with autism, according to a review from Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health and several past studies. These drugs, known as SSRIs (or serotonin reuptake inhibitors), are some of the most popular prescriptions in the U.S. and they come with a host of horrific side effects. Potentially causing autism in children is only one reason why you should think twice before taking them.

Rise in Autism Rates go Hand-in-Hand with Increased Vaccinations

vaccine gene 263x164 Rise in Autism Rates go Hand in Hand with Increased Vaccinations

Another effort to discount vaccinations as a source of autism has gone into research to prove defective genes as the major culprit. Some epidemiological studies based on twins with autism spectrum disorders was done as early as the mid-1970s. Since then, autism has increased 40-fold. All this from a sudden case of bad genes? This rapid autism rise has coincided with a dramatic increase of early childhood vaccination schedules over the same period, which has been an almost four-fold increase.

The gene theory does not explain how healthy babies suddenly became autistic after undergoing part of an intense series of vaccinations, some shots with multiple-vaccines, at newly born or toddler age. As a matter of fact, there is very little effort to objectively pursue the autism-vaccination connection. Gene research opposition to the gene theories of autism, or gene theories of many diseases, comes from those who consider environmental causes as primary causal factors, not vaccinations.

Activist Post, By: Catherine J. Frompovich, 10/20/2013

The study that showed vaccines were responsible for causing autism-associated or autism-like symptoms from mercury in vaccines was done by CDC epidemiologist Tom Verstraeten using the CDC's massive Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) and presented at the Simpsonwood Conference Center (Atlanta, GA area) in June 2000 with only 52 vaccine manufacturers invited to discuss the problem and how to change the science.

John Smallman ~ Autism is not a handicap or a disability

Silver's picture

By: John Smallman, 09/25/2013

Autism is not a handicap or a disability; it is a sign of the awakening of very powerful intellectual abilities, and it is a gift that needs intense stimuli and encouragement. When that awakening starts, the physical abilities the child has already developed get sidelined as the brain moves into extreme overdrive, and intense fascination with what is going on inside itself captures the child’s attention.  The basic skills that the child was building are no longer interesting; they are boring and they get ditched as the infinitely creative inner world expands exponentially for the child.  The child is not shutting down but growing intellectually at an incredible pace that allows no time for basic motor and social skills to continue normal development.  If this is realized and the child is enthusiastically allowed to freely develop this inner world, then s/he will pick up the basics later, and possibly rather slowly because the inner world is so much more interesting and exciting than the humdrum activities that most small children are engaged in.  Remember, the world you experience is illusory, and Reality lies within!

Thanks to the tireless work of the ever-so controversial Dr. Andrew Wakefield who first proposed that there was a link between stomach disorders and autism, and more specifically the measles-mumps-rubella vaccination (MMR vaccine) and autism, a court has finally admitted that the scientific evidence is sufficient enough to prove that a vaccination which is required in most states for children to enter school could cause autism.

Courts quietly confirm MMR Vaccine causes Autism

July 27, 2013. Austin. After decades of passionate debate, parents probably missed the repeated admissions by drug companies and governments alike that vaccines do in fact cause autism. For concerned parents seeking the truth, it’s worth remembering that the exact same people who own the world’s drug companies also own America’s news outlets. Finding propaganda-free information has been difficult, until now.
