Bill Gimson
AUSTIN, Texas — The executive director of a troubled $3 billion cancer-fighting effort in Texas has submitted his resignation letter amid escalating scrutiny over the management of the nation's second-biggest pot of cancer research dollars, the agency announced Tuesday.
The Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas has not been able to focus on fighting the disease due to "wasted efforts expended in low value activities" during the past tumultuous eight months, Executive Director Bill Gimson wrote in a resignation letter dated Monday. Gimson offered to stay on until January, and the agency's board must still approve his request to step down.

letter to Bill
Dear Mr.Gimson
Simple. Take one billion of your three and build a state of the art cannabis distillation plant in a country which could use the economic boost and has access to lots of good Indigo weed (lets say Afghanistan) distribute to those in need. Next you will have to write letters of apology to all the Cancer research centers and all the pharmaceutical companies explaining your sudden burst of sanity. Then take the two billion you have left and start your own off world society and leave the rest of us alone.
Sincerly
Humanity
