Does anyone know what this means. I want to help with meditation and such that "they" put out. But I do not understand this at all. I probably missed something. On a side note if anyone is reading, at the high school I am teaching at it seems like all hell is breaking loose with the teenager emotions. Hope all is more stable in ya'll's neck of the woods. I seem to be on a rollercoaster but finding it interestingly amuzing.
