In these times we all need discernment
My Heart Center is where I envision the anchor point of my Holy Spirit, my Higher Self, if you will. I often call the ability to discern my Bullshit Detector, or BS Detector. I have envisioned this as a virtual hand-held electronic device that has a big red LED in the middle that flashes whenever disinformation is detected. Pretty handy, really. I always try to keep fresh virtual batteries in it at all times.
The ability to discern disinformation from information is absolutely vital in order to keep one from being led down that "primrose path".
