I too, felt like there was an attack going on. I had a massive migraine on Sunday, but it felt like it came in waves. I invoked AA Michael, and St.Germains Violet Flames. It finally ebbed in the evening, after a drum session. Th! e Dark Hats are desperate, and will stop at nothing to stop us. Don't fall for it! Love and light are stronger than their puny technology. The light wins, every time!

I woke up with a slight migrane Monday morning. Went thru the tired old format of wondering what I did. Came to the last self question, "is this mine or coming from somewhere else?" Ah ha! So, I went and mowed lawn in the wonderful sun for 2 hours. Felt great ever since. A little note from my self observations. The headache would be relieved with Reiki. But, would start up as soon as hands moved off of the head. Same result with crystal quartz. A final item; the headache/migrane was the most timid I have ever had. I feel this is good news. The attackers are either getting weaker or I am getting stronger. Either way it is cool.

So what I get from reading your comment is that you did everything right by listening to your Higher Self and then following through with verification and creative action.
