Does Absurd US Terror Alert Point To Coming False Flag Event?

to do with consciousness and the polarities, when everyone is calm or in some state, and another is in fear or paranoid, confusion, from what I experienced when a shifts happens or in the 911 case attack, it affects the pull, and alternates ones in effect, gain like super conscious and extreme clarity and preciseness for some reason yet ? Am not sure how it would relate to what they are trying to do, but I have experienced similar effects to what I explained and it is a possibility to if they have experiments on such or what they are trying to do? Also it does affect the earths magnetic fields, when something unexpected happens on a large scale.It was in the video yesterday BraveArcherFilms.
