FEMA stands for the Federal Emergency Management Administration. With Hurricane Irene approaching North Carolina, Americans are being asked to visit the FEMA website and generally look to FEMA for assistance.

Well, what do we know about FEMA?

FEMA provides emergency management services during a national disaster.  FEMA helped us with Hurricane Katrina, didn’t it? Therefore FEMA will help us with Hurricane Irene, right?

Well, let’s take a look at what Matthew Ward has to say about FEMA.

FEMA provides emergency services during a national disaster

In the first place, Matthew said in 2005  that FEMA is not, and never was, intended to offer emergency management services during a natural disaster. Not even close, he tells us:

“Federal Emergency Management Administration is a misnomer. It implies that the purpose of this unwieldy but powerful organization is to be at the ready to help in disasters of natural origin, but it is not that at all—FEMA was established to control the country’s population, period.” (1)

He said in 2004 that FEMA was part and parcel of the Illuminati’s program to extinguish constitutional rights.

“From the beginning, presidential directives for handling national emergencies have had the same aim: federal control that extinguishes constitutional and God-given rights. Never has assistance to those who need help been the reason for establishing FEMA, although that agency’s personnel pop up in natural disaster areas to keep this pretense somewhat credible.” (2)

FEMA is one response by a government intent on ending freedom and democracy in the United States. There have been other responses.

“The Patriot Act and Homeland Security [for example] are obvious attempts to bring a dictator and police state upon the nation, much like the US government has long supported in many other countries.” (3)

The so-called FEMA camps are not designed to house the victims of natural disasters but to incarcerate dissidents.

“FEMA never was designed for actual assistance in emergencies like this, but rather for management of people considered dissidents by your government, thus their untrained personnel are a hindrance rather than a help.” (4)

However, Matthew assured us in 2006 that the plan to hold perceived enemies of the state in FEMA camps would never succeed:

“As for the speculation about FEMA-run, large-scale detention camps in the US, while this is a part of the Bush administration’s long-term planning and vacated military posts are available for this purpose, the state of this nation will not deteriorate to that point. On a purely practical level, there is no manpower to round up thousands, let alone millions of ‘dissidents’—who would not go meekly—or to operate the camps.” (5)

Our move into higher vibrations will guarantee that the dark’s plans for world domination would fail

“Your world is moving into higher frequencies where those global, not only national, domination aims of the elite group of controllers never will come to pass; however, it cannot be realistically expected that they will make no further major efforts to retain and extend their powers. They will. The same folks who decry global terrorism and claim to be making the world a safer place by pointing fingers at the ‘guilty’ are the very ones behind the major terrorist activities. The more that this is being exposed or even speculated, the more they fear losing their dark control and thus the more desperate and blatant their acts to hold onto it.” (6)

FEMA helped out with Hurricane Katrina

First of all, what caused Hurricane Katrina? Matthew tells us that Hurricane Katrina started out as a global-cleansing event but was quickly taken over by the global weather controllers who steered the storm towards New Orleans.

“Let us begin with the questions about Hurricane Katrina as that is in everyone’s mind. To start, I’ll answer those who are asking if global warming was responsible for this titanic storm. Global warming isn’t an actuality, but global cleansing is, and that is what originated Katrina.

“Yes, increasingly obvious aberrant weather occurrences, even entire climate changes, are besetting the planet; however, they are not heading Earth into oblivion but rather paving the way to her Golden Era. All of these unusual occurrences are either releasing kinetic energy—the amassed negativity due to humankind’s brutality to each other, the animals and the planet body—or clearing specific areas where trauma took place, and all of the extremes shortly will swing back toward moderation of temperatures, breezes, and nourishing rainfall.” (7)

So, did the weather controllers work on Hurricane Katrina?

“Did weather control technology play any part in this storm’s intensity? Indeed it did! However, Katrina started as Earth’s own effort to rid herself of negativity so that she can continue at her ascension pace—often I have mentioned that geophysical events will continue for a while longer for that reason.

“Had Mother Nature been left alone, the extent of death and devastation would not have happened—our space family’s technology would have leveled out the hurricane’s forcefulness so that a much wider area, largely over water, would have had stormy weather and the same amount of negativity would have been transmuted.

“But Mother Nature was not allowed to pursue her own course. On-planet weather controllers, who intended even more death and destruction than is being discovered, saw and seized the opportunity to cause that.

“By reducing the wind velocity, ET technology thwarted those intentions to the greatest extent possible, but their efforts to deflect the path of the storm were seriously hampered by the controllers’ determined steering of the hurricane into their desired location. Katrina became a battlefield of technologies, and even though the ET’s is more advanced than that developed on-planet, it could not disperse the powerful momentum of that energy so as to prevent the sea inundating low-lying areas.” (8)

He reveals that the CIA also played a heinous role in that “black operation.”

“Prior to the storm’s arrival, CIA members of the Illuminati were covertly in place in New Orleans with assignments not only to explode the levees, but also to ensure there was confusion in rescue operations, to cut communication lines, start the looting, and eliminate all threats to any of the truth becoming known—that is why those levee repairmen were killed.” (9)

“The men on their way to repair [the New Orleans levees] were fatally shot because they knew—or it was suspected that they knew—about the detonations [of the levees].” (10)

Back to FEMA. FEMA helped those affected by Hurricane Katrina, did it not? In fact, Matthew tells us, FEMA’s lack of effective action during Katrina showed that it was never intended to assist in an emergency.

“What the world saw via television and front pages of the press [during Hurricane Katrina] is proof that the agency is not set up to manage any needs of the people.” (11)

A year before Hurricane Katrina, Matthew had warned that “the state and national agencies tasked with assessing the need for monetary and humanitarian aid are in total disarray.” (12) The events surrounding Hurricane Katrina showed the truth of this statement and how it reflected administration policy.

Matthew reveals that the true death tolls from Katrina went unreported.

“Deaths attributable to neglect after the storm and flooding still are occurring and the toll exceeds 12,000. Do not expect this number to be announced. There is no central point where people can register names of deceased or missing family members, and their wide dispersal from the affected areas is, in large part, to prevent the combining of individual stories that could lead to an accurate count. You have seen in some Internet information various numbers, all in the many thousands, of body bags ordered for New Orleans. The order was predicated upon population figures in the large areas of planned flooding when fewer survivors were expected.

“Bodies are being disposed of in expedient ways without attempts at identification. This is not new—the same mass disposals were carried out after previous weather-controlled storms in your country, also among peoples without the power to protest or even means to inquire about their lost families and friends.” (13)

Many who survived the storm itself were allowed to die afterwards, Matthew informs us.

“We … knew from thought forms that people who survived the storm would be allowed to die afterwards, that they would be doomed by the design of the perpetrators of this entire unconscionable happening. This is what we saw before it became known on Earth through the accounts of people who endured and survived the inhumane-ness of deliberate neglect.” (14)

Matthew’s mother, Suzy, asked him why, given that more people died in Katrina than on 9/11, could the weather-controlled storm not be prevented? Matthew replied:

“Mother, I know this bothers you tremendously, beyond your discomfort of thinking that my information about that was wrong, and I’m not sure I can explain this to your satisfaction. There are fine lines between what constitutes free will acts of ‘terrorism’ and free will acts in connection with natural cleansing efforts. God is bound by Creator’s law of free will, and in honoring Earth’s free will choice for no more acts equivalent to 9/11, all dark attempts to repeat that kind of act have been prevented. I can only say that it is different when Earth follows her natural course to release pent-up negativity and human hands enter. I understand that you can’t perceive this situation within the universal laws.” (15)

Some comfort may be gained, Matthew tells us, from knowing that those people whose lives were cut short were given “full credit for karmic completion” and will reincarnate in the higher density associated with Ascension.

“From my current station outside your galaxy, I cannot easily monitor all the details of Katrina’s aftermath so I can’t tell you the number of souls whose karma was completed prior to transition, but I know from colleagues in Nirvana that many of the souls’ contracts had not been fulfilled. If the families and friends of those whose physical lives were lost could know that through divine grace, all who died have been given full credit for karmic completion and thus may reincarnate in a higher density, it could be some measure of comfort for those who understand how significant this spiritual evolutionary step is.” (16)

Moreover, Hurricane Katrina resulted in the release of a great deal of negativity for the Earth and so was still a victory for the Light.

“’Was more negativity incurred by Katrina than gotten rid of?’ Thankfully, that answer also is ‘No.’ Because the on-planet weather controllers don’t understand Earth’s need to free herself of negativity through release of kinetic energy, they can’t see how disasters of that storm’s proportions can possibly have any positive effects. But there are.

“A vast amount of kinetic energy was released, which propelled the planet more rapidly in her chosen direction, and the outpouring of light from a compassionate world is adding to the ever increasing in-beaming from well beyond Earth. Take heart in knowing that the outcome of this diabolical plot to kill masses and destroy far more area than was affected is the opposite of what the planners intended. Even with the personal tragedies affecting so many, Katrina is a severe setback for the darkness.

“The release of that amount of negativity means that the need for severe natural geophysical events in your future has been lessened, although not yet eliminated, and ET technology can immediately counter manmade efforts. While that certainly is good news, the primary positive outcome is that the fourth density, or maybe higher, status of those who physically perished means that no longer are they easy prey for the dark overlords’ influence.” (17)

Many people who refused to think ill of their government were awakened by the events surrounding Katrina, Matthew says.

“The lack of official response in hurricane Katrina’s aftermath was an abrupt, albeit sad, eye-opener for many who formerly were resistant to hearing, much less feeling anything critical about their government. Internet reports and ‘word-of-mouth’ informing have fueled the demand for truthful accounts, and even without any honest replies, polls are showing the drop in presidential approval ratings. That in itself is revealing because polls are designed not to provide actual opinions, but to convince you what to think; yet for credibility, just as with the news media, they have to reflect somewhat the real tenor of the public and that is, support for the Bush administration is consistently waning.” (18)

In answer to a question from his mother, Matthew revealed that not everyone at FEMA was dark.

“The ranks of FEMA workers are not ‘dark-hearted,’ but they are not trained to deal with emergencies, they are not given proper equipment and supplies, and they are given assignments they don’t feel are helping the people they are there to help. My colleagues in Nirvana report that these workers are disheartened by the confusion and the lack of assistance they were permitted to give, and they don’t realize that confusion and lack of assistance is exactly what was intended by the few ‘dark hearts’ at the scene and at the top of the agency.” (19)

FEMA will help us with Hurricane Irene

Well, stay tuned on that one. But don’t get your hopes up. We’d be better served by looking to the galactics for assistance than by looking to FEMA. And if FEMA proves of no use during Hurricane Irene, don’t blame President Obama. The character of FEMA was determined by the Bush administration and its Illuminati predecessors.

President Obama is still largely isolated as a person trying to reverse the direction of the Illuminati, except of course for the Company of Light and their Earth allies who are bringing the rein of the dark on this planet to an end. Said Matthew of the President’s task:

“President Obama has been up against the darkest of the dark ones ever since he took office, and even though his light has not diminished one iota, the stress of relentless opposition to what he wants to accomplish for Earth and all of peoples has noticeably taken its toll.” (20)

“[The President's critics], who may be attributing more authority to the office than the constitution does, are not recognizing that this government has long been the Illuminati’s bastion and their purpose in creating the misconception about the country. Their hold on many members of Congress still is strong, and only after that control ends will Obama be able to guide his administration toward national reforms and the peaceful world he is dedicated to achieving.” (21)

I wouldn’t be surprised to find that efforts to cleanse corruption from the government have not yet extended as far as FEMA.
