Who is Phillip Vernon Crowell??? I've never heard of the name until now.
Who Is Phillip Vernon Crowell?
He is the man who shut down Standard Oil in Richmond, California in the early 1980s because, the refinery had a stagnant pool of liquid, carcenogenic ooze sitting in a community where 1 and 2 year old babies were contracting cancer as a result of that pool.
He is the man who created "The Wives Of Warriors" program that the V. A. still uses today.
He is the man who opened up a mental health clinic in Berkeley, California and in the 1980s.
He is the man who predicted the future that children are living today.
He is the man who predicted Columbine in the 1980s if the education system didn't change.
He is the man who, for years in Chicago donated his time and professional talent to the Elliott Donnelley Youth Center in Chicago and to the young people from the projects on State Street and in other communities.
He is the man who gave Mr. Skinner, (before Skinner went to D. C. to become the energy Secretary) a reason to reconsider a rate hike at California's P G & E in the late 70s and early 80s.

This Public Notice came to me by email
Dear Fellow Lightworkers,
I received this public notice by email. What struck me most was that it was in the classified ads of The Washington Post under Legal, meaning, by order of the law, they had to make the information public. Something else that struck me was that the bond went to the US treasury and not the Federal Reserve Bank. The money appears to be someone fulfilling an obligation. Perhaps the money has to do with complying to some terms of surrender.
I just wanted to pass on the information.

I too registered a moment of fear when I saw that Geithner received the money, but then I realized that everything is happening according to the Divine Plan. Geithner has already been arrested and questioned, according to Ben Fulford. How do we know that Geithner is not a walk-in now?
I've decided to stay open and trust the plan. I just continue to send the situation as much love energy as possible and remain as hopeful and optimistic as I can.
